I am incredibly active, across a range of sports and disciplines, and I wanted to find a practice that would compliment those activities. It soon became clear that not only would it compliment my other exercise, but it could easily stand alone. Pilotties Pilates is run by Loretta, a very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and dedicated teacher. Her studio is currently closed, however she is currently running online classes, which i'm very thankful for as they're keeping me strong and sane right now, though I am looking forward to getting back in the studio, and using all the other apparatus again. Pilates isn't easy, and when you're moving through some of the harder exercises, trust me, you'll be glad of Loretta's sense of humour.........and her patience. Pilates is a from of exercise that will benefit absolutely everyone, whether you're an elite athlete or new to exercise, and if you are consistent and dedicated, you'll reap the rewards. I'll be doing it for the rest of my life.

I love the conveineince of Pilotties online Zoom classes. If you are at all concerned that you won't get the attention to detail you have with face to face classes, don't be, Loretta is extremely good at what she does. The classes are small so you don't get away with bad form or anything, mores the pity, especially when we're doing the abs series 😏
I highly recommend Pilotties and urge you to give the classes a go.

I really enjoy the classical system and the smaller classes at Westside Pilates. The teacher is able to give the class more attention. Maintaining my mobility and posture through strength give me the flexibility and physical ability to enjoy my other activities like golf and running.

I have been going to Loretta for reformer pilates every week (lockdown permitting) for four years. Loretta is very welcoming and obviously loves what she does which is infectious. She is very patient and encouraging, and makes you believe in yourself. She is also very knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to answer questions and explain things – which in my case can be many times over until I get the hang of it! This is also where her sense of humour can come in handy. Because the classes are small, she can give each person the attention they need. My strength and flexibility have improved enormously. I love the class and look forward to it every week.

Fantastic classes, thank you Loretta. I feel in really safe hands, Loretta has a very keen eye to be able to see what's going on in your body. My strength has improved hugely, and in all the right places, and my body feels more stable and stronger than ever before. I can't recommend her classes enough.

I'm a hockey player, generally an active person, am fairly prone to injuries and I also have a desk job. I realised that I needed to do something that would help me gain strength, flexibility and range of movement. Pilates had been recommended and I found Pilotties online. Loretta is very warm, approachable, explains things really well and is very knowledgeable with a sense of humour to boot. I have attended a mixture of mat and reformer classes as well as 1-2-1s and I can't recommend it enough. Pilates has challenged me mentally & physically but also helped me gain a better understanding of how my body is meant to function. It's hard work and Loretta pushes you but she also knows how to adapt to your individual needs which she has had to do quite a lot with me!! The online classes are great but I can't wait to be back in the studio once lockdown restrictions are relaxed.
A massive thank you to Loretta I love it and have never felt stronger.

I can now kneel on my knees after knee surgery.

I feel stronger in my core this is down to daily pilates.

This has been my life savour for these current times.
