Beat Box Studio

Having been a driving instructor for 17 years I suffer with neck , back and shoulder pain . I've tried chiropractors , physio and other methods with little lasting succes however my wife pointed me to pilates as she'd started a view months earlier. I go once a week week with Sue Donnerly and after 11 weeks I can honestly say I'm made up after each lesson . It's a great chilled atmosphere and look forward to it every Wednesday 😀

Very nice studio. I did an akikdo class in there. Was light and airy. Mirrors on the wall which were helpful.

Would be good for dance teachers to use.
