Lauren's knowledge, understanding and communication has given me hope that I will get better after years of being in pain. Not only are my sessions healing in themselves, but Lauren is helping me to understand how I can listen to and work with my body in a healthy and positive way. Remedial Pilates has been a lifesaver for me and Lauren is simply fantastic at what she does.

Lauren is very welcoming and has been great at diagnosing and working through the various 'imbalances' I've been living with for several years. Just a few sessions in, I'm seeing great progress. My balance, stature and flexibility are improving with each visit; what seem like short, structured movements on the various apparatus amount to rebuilding my body. The studio itself is a real haven and the modest cost amounts to a physical transformation.
