The assessment is 1 to 1 which gives the instructor an idea of where you are tight in your body, where your problem areas are. Are you standing correctly, breathing correctly? This 1-1 exercises are based on this. You can also join the classes and your position is checked by the instructor so you feel confident in what you are doing is correct. A couple of levels are shown in the beginners class. So if you find th e first level easy you can stretch yourself to the next should you wish. Highly recommend these classes. You are made to feel welcome and part of the group.
