I've been doing pilates at The Pilates Studio Norwich for 10 months now and I can't recommend it enough. I started it to improve my back pain and after a while I really saw huge benefits, it does help a lot. I have practically always had class with Lauren, who's very nice, understanding and has been working with me towards the resolution of the problem with specific exercises from the very beginning. Also, the Studio offers a variety of classes for various levels of skills (beginners, intermediate, etc.) at various times during the day and the week, to adapt to various working schedules, which is a plus.

My experience with Beth at the Pilates Studio, and now online, is fantastic.She gets to know each student and any long-term or temporary challenges they have which will affect their participation. The classes are always structured and varied. The complete experience is strengthening and de-stressing. I can recommend Lauren and Victoria's classes highly, too.

I started one to one classes last Spring having never done Pilates before and it's made such a difference to my physical and mental wellbeing over the last year. I feel stronger, fitter and more confident in my body plus I've really benefited from the mental focus that pilates requires. The most surprising thing is I've never had an actual lesson - everything has been online and it's the quality of the teaching and support that you get from Lauren and The Pilates Studio that makes it possible. I hope to join a class IRL at some point but at the moment I'm happy with the online approach and I love being able pick/choose and mix/match my sessions to suit my work/life schedule etc. I couldn't recommend more highly!

The Pilates Studio Norwich is fantastic! The teachers are all extremely passionate and deciated to helping you get the most out of the sessions. I would thoroughly recommend both the mat and equipment classes. Thanks Lauren and the rest of the team!

Lauren at the Pilates Studio is a warm and encouraging instructor for both mat and equipment classes. The classes are always fresh and challenging, delivered with smile - and she's kept us all sane throughout lock down with some great online classes too!

I joined Norwich Pilates Studio in August 2020. Ever since then I attended (almost) weekly classes.

I really enjoyed going into the studio. Such a welcoming community.

I want to thank Lauren her team for continuing the lessons via zoom. The classes have remained high quality and still revive great feedback throughout the movements to ensure I am reaching my full potential within the class.

I have been attending Barre Pilates classes for nearly two years now, both in the studio and currently via Zoom. I find the blend of pilates and ballet barre to be motivating and fun as well as having a real sense of a work out and strength and conditioning. The teachers are warm, encouraging, knowledgeable and because the classes are small, can give individual help and advice. I enjoy the classes and look forward to them - which is not something I have always felt about exercise classes!

I highly recommend The Pilates Studio Norwich, I have been attending classes at this fabulous studio for 3 years, and during the current crisis classes are online, which has been so helpful. I have been taught by all four teachers and they are all brilliant. There are lots of different options for classes to suit all requirements and the ability of each client is taken into account in class, so you can adapt to your own pace. It is a warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Through pilates I have improved my strength and confidence so much and it's brilliant for well being too.
