Thoroughly enjoyed the life affirming pilates class on Saturday last. Helen's expertise to empower the individual partaking in the class to get the most out of the session is very refreshing; not only does she fully demonstrate the moves, she shares her extremely sound knowledge of physiology and how each move benefits the body with the class. Loved it!

Great knowledge in understanding how best to look after ourselves, offering many classes and specialist smaller classes too. Helen is so approachable and has a wonderful way of explaining things.

I have recently started classes here and it has been amazing, Helen was amazing talked me through everything and was really helpful I would totally recommend.
