Santa's Pizza Padiham

I was a very good customer, although I must add not because of the quality of food but the closeness to my house. However, I called up yesterday, placed my order and asked for garlic sauce on my pizza, only to be rudely told no I cannot have sauce on my pizza because they "don't do that". Upon telling them I would not order from then again if they couldn't do such a thing, the response I received was bye, followed by the dial tone. Obviously they do not value loyal customers, or any customers at that.

Usually good food (depends what time I order it) sometimes it's not as good as you can tell it isn't fresh.
I hate the change to the delivery charge at least £8.50 instead of £8 and now a card payment charge too. Robbing if you ask me!

My family have had food from Santa's for many years . Unfortunately last nights experience has made my final decision. Your customer service is fantastic, but cooking skills need to be addressed. I had ordered a mixed kebab which hubby loved asalways. I had the tower burger meal, which included fries. I ate the meal, well some of it, and remarked to my hubby about the teacake being extremely sloppy along with the chips /fries which were only lukewarm. I removed the tcake from around the chicken and only ate some of the fries, and threw the sloppy lettuce because it had been put on something too hot. We put it down to how busy you were and wanting to get orders out.About 10pm I had a really bad stomach cramp and feeling nauseus. By 2am this morning I have been continually vomiting and my stomach pain unbelievable. I brought back the last thing I ate which was mainly the fries. Afterthought has made me think the fries had not been cooked long enough because they were not crisp in any way shape or form. The tcake sloppy because the heat from the meat and from the point of it being put into the polystyrene tray created a build up of moisture and soaking back into the tcake. I wonder how many people have had this experience, it's not the first time this has happened but when it makes you ill then its time to say something .

Fab service,quick delivery and good food

This is my sons account im posting on... im Faith... and tonight Ali took and assisted my choice with excellent customers service skills. As my position is customer service executive... i can say that Ali dealt with my indecisive call, and recommended little side feasts, perfectly prepared , and a pizza from heaven. Having not treated myself for a long time. This delivery has really cheered me up. Effort and understanding went into this order. Thankyou all at santas 😁

not happy with the driver he never gave my change. food was decent only bad thing was the burger too much salad and sauce very messy.
