Domino's Pizza - Borehamwood

The customer service from this Domino's store is non existent! I went to collect my Pizza order and it was like a scene from Fawlty Towers! At first they didn't even have my order and I had to convince the manager that I had pre-paid for my pizza. When the order was then discovered, it was completely wrong! At this point I just asked for a full refund but was refused. The way in which I was spoken to by Sunny Kumar, apparently being the manager, clearly had no experience of how to treat a customer, it was absolutely appalling. He had a terrible attitude problem and was very rude to me. This certainly needs to be addressed.

Normally the service is very good, however, since last order in beginning of Feb the service has been poor. it arrived 30 mins later only I after I rang the, no apology on top of that missed off my starter . Complained to head office twice and heard nothing.

Update this branch is now charging £2 for delivery. You have lost our business.

Confusing menu with the 50% off, needs to be more clear. Pizza was lovely and fresh, avoid the vegan nuggets, tasted weird. Would definitely order pizza from here again.

Order BBQ big dip you get garlic and herb. Order double cheese and sauce. You get virtually no sauce and definitely not double cheese. £2.50 delivery less than half a mile from the store. Fed up with dominos and stupid franchisees like this.

Amazingly fresh food, Customer service from Zain and Maria was fantastic. Very polite and patient as always. Vegeterian dietary needs are always met, thank you very much to borehamwood team.

you have to be completely brain dead to work here. every single thing wrong with the order.

As shown by other reviews, the management is an absolute shambles and the way the employee spoke to me Saturday night was ridiculous. He had no manners at all, was very inconsiderate and greatly disrespectful (even told me to wait outside for my order in the cold when the pizza was only 3 minutes until being ready?!). The guy at the till had atrocious customer service and that is not how you should be speaking with your customers. No respect at all.
