This place used to be our go to for pizza. Always ordered from here until once they messed up our order and didn't even try and solve the issue. They gave us 3 small pizzas instead of larges, and we had to call them 10 times explaining each time before they sent out our original order 5 hours later when it was no longer needed. Really sad that they don't even honour loyal customers. Won't be ordering from here anymore

I come here for pizzas, their bug 1 get 1 free deal is good, (though this offer requires you to make the order in person - its still a good offer though).

Worst service I have ever had made us wait for near an hour for our food and very poor customer service skills when I asked how long our order would be, but when it finally came up 45 mins after I phoned up the rider drove down a one way street nearly collided with a car while it tried to park and swore at them which I found disgusting and even spoke to me like dirt

One of my places to go after a few beers on Albert Road.
Usually I have chicken, which to be honest can be quite a lottery.
If you catch a fresh batch it's lovely, but equally it can be almost inedible if it has sat around and dried out.
Can't comment on kebabs or burgers as it never looks appetising, so probably best avoided.
Saving grace - pizzas are nice, freshly cooked and good value if collecting in store.

This is their "kebab" don't waste your money. Try elsewhere.

Great staff, great service, excellent pizzas

Very bad customer service waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order. Called first time another 6to 9 minutes then called again 5to 10 minutes with no apologies. Cancelled the order next minute the driver arrived. Bring that quality and service back you guys use to be good

Charged me £74 on contactless without me seeing the card machine for one portion of chicken and chips. I called they told me to come in at 6 and when I got there they said the manager wont be there for an hour to give me the refund. Now telling me I have to wait until tomorrow and to come back then to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous, no consideration for my time or money at all seeing as it was their mistake in the first place
