worst place ever never ordering again

my partner wanted to try pizza hot for the first time we ordered a small donna kebab and small pizza, after having our food delivered,, my partner took 2/3 mouthful off food and in between the meat he found a brown hair, i phoned up to complained and asked for a refund just for the kebab, to be told " they cant give refunds as the manager isnt at work" then offered us another kebab, sorry but after finding a hair in food we dont want another kebab from a take away that dont wear hair nets! then i got told to " get down here to get my bloody refund" at 10:30pm and our child alseep in bed and non of us drive, and started getting verbally abused on the phone and being sweared at. wont be ordering again il stick to petersfield kebab van

It was really nice being shouted at by the cashier, then by another employee (it seemed abusing with a mean look in his eye) then the bag of food given to me, literally thrown on the counter, knocking the kebab off the chips. Found a fork half way through my dona kebab.. shoved in the middle..above my lettuce which I asked for, which was half way through the meal... clearly a good restaurant here!

Litterally the most expensive kebab and the worst I have ever had! Charged £4 for delivery. My partner ordered medium and I ordered small, both of which were the same size. Hardly any meat and filled with mostly tomatoes! Discusting! Annoyed I wasted my money and would definately not reccomend.

This place is well over priced. Wanted extra money for salad on kebab and cheesy chips and actually never put the cheese on the chips !!! The chicken kebab was cold and very little salad and more like thrown together, very unfriendly , won’t be going back

Very poor quality food, we ordered pizza, worst pizza I tried… The women delivery… she lied many times to us, we contact to her many times via phone, she was very unprofessional and shouting us, at the end she left our food in Neighbour’s house she didn’t say nothing to us, fortunately my neighbour saw the delivery in their house…

This food is absolutely disgusting, taste like it’s been under cooked and the onion rings are like mash potato , like they just microwave the chips aswell , it’s worse food I’ve ever had never get food from here .

Ignore the fake good reviews reviews on just eat, the food from this place is absolutely disgusting.
Food is cold and so overpriced, the owner doesn’t give a ****.
