It takes 2 hours before your food gets delivered and the staff on the phone aren't very helpful, blatantly lying when he said it was on the way.
DO NOT ORDER AND STAY CLEAR

Ordered a few times. The food is decent enough however the service is horrendous. Marked as ‘enjoy your food’ after 1 hour wait then waited another hour after that. Was told by the chap on the phone ‘the longer you’re on the phone the longer you’re going to wait’ which was nice. Offered a free cake which meant it hadn’t even left the takeaway when we called. It’s a gamble.

Ordered through Uber eats at 5.21pm was supposed to get a delivery from 6- 6.20pm. Tried calling numerous times couldn't get through to them till 6.50pm they said my order may have been delivered to a neighbor and he will have to speak to the driver when he gets back and they will give a full refund and to call back in 5 minutes. I called them back and said I'm really not happy as I spent nearly £30 and had a few people and children round and they are hungry. Food miraculously came in 5/10 minutes was all cold and chips and chicken strips didn't taste fresh. Asked for no mayo on the kebab was absolutely covered in it. Avoid at all costs. Didn't even deserve 1 star.

Ordered double PEPPERONI on my pizza and barely got 1 per slice, 2 slices had none at all! Absolutely tasteless and pathetic. Curly fries were soggy and looked like they were fried in used engine oil. Horrible and definitely won't be buying again!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING - I ordered food on 22nd December and the Order was expected to be delivered at 18:55. The food actually arrived at 21:15 after several phone calls attempting to cancel due to lateness. By the time the food had arrived, we ended up making a sandwich instead, which was lucky, as the food was freezing cold. I explained to the delivery driver that I was not happy and he rang manager to ask if I could have a refund. He agreed, but gave me a phone number to speak to owner and have since refused and are now not answering phone calls. Awful customer service and food which was inedible. Please do not use Little Italy for your own sanity and bank balance!

Not good at all. Initial impression good. Friendly staff. £4.50 for a large portion of chips, blimey it couldn't of fed a sparrow. Come on!! The cheapest thing going!! Terrible value

Really poor service always waiting over 2 hours for your food and when it comes its either the wrong order or freezing cold this has happened on x amount of orders now with no change i at to leave my house last night and walk an hour to the shop as they taken my money and sent no delivery also not answering there phones, when arriving they told me they would refund me then hey claimed the money an hour later,

Really poor service and poorly managed i would suggest using elsewhere and checking google for reviews first, this company poorly run and food awful and rude and dont answer there phones
