Every time I order you people have problems with consistency whether its time or toppings or more. I ordered pineapples but didn't get them, how hard can it really be. Never left anyone a review but one problem after the other.

Found a long hair on my last slice of pizza. Disgusting! Will never buy from Indiano ever again.

Ordered a 20 inch square. Whilst on appearance it looks like great value, huge sharing pizza. It’s more like a large piece of bread, they really went stingy with the toppings, which would not even be acceptable on a 12inch.

I’ve ordered from here over 10 years a handfull (maybe 8-9) of times, when other options were not to everyone’s favour. On every single occasion they got something wrong, missed a topping, wrong topping, wrong pizza etc etc. it’s almost a running joke at home now.

If I could I would have given u 0 stars. There's this chubby man in his 40s that works there and is possibly the owner. Absolutely disgusting human being. He was belittling and abusing a junior employer in front of customers. U could see the fear in the other chaps eyes. This attitude has disgusted me so much to the point where I'll never buy anything from them again. I'm keeping my cool here otherwise I would have qualified that buffoon by multiple adjectives. Always produce very nice pizzas, for the price you honestly can't go wrong 👌 had a few issues initially with toppings clumped together not spread out, but after having a kind a word with the staff it's always been perfect since 👌

I have been ordering from indiano pizza for many years. Never have I ever once filed a complaint to them about anything, even though their delivery drivers come to deliver the food without change which results in them taking more money than was agreed on. However, today while eating my pizza, I looked down and saw a piece of straight hair in the box. This strand was short and straight and no one in my household have straight hair plus I was the only one eating and I was wearing a headscarf while doing so. I called to complain and they told me to take a picture, once I sent the evidence, they called me and claimed no one at the shop "had hair" seriously. Apparently none of the men working there had hair which is ridiculous. This wasn't even a long strand, it's short which is evidence enough that it's from their shop. The person I spoke to proceeded to deny the fact that the hair wa from their shop, I wasn't offered a refund for my pizza or any recompense for this disgusting thing in my food. They also claimed their boss would call me and wasn't at the shop at the time, when I asked for his phone number they told me they couldn't give it to me? Who am I supposed to complain to if not the boss? Never ordering from this disgusting shop again in my life. I seriously hope this isn't owned by Muslims as they're repeatedly lying about the hair and being very unfair. If the boss doesn't recompense me I will be reporting this establishment to the Waltham forest customer food safety and hygiene department.

Ordered food through Uber eats one item didn’t arrive and was told because you bought it from Uber eats “we’re not responsible” what a joke if your hungry and want all your food in your order then order somewhere else
