Domino's Pizza - London - New Cross

I ordered at 20.20 hrs and still had not received my order by 22.00. I called many many times and my call was answered twice, informing me it will be 5-10 mins each time. I then called a numerous amount of times, approximately 13 times and my call was not answered! Very very poor customer service, if hungry, do not order from New Cross brunch!

Super quick delivery even for a Friday lunch time and very helpful and friendly driver Aaron made sure we had everything we needed. Food was still super fresh and hot, and everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend !

First time going there. Called beforehand to make my order, when I got there, they were a bit confused and said they had no order with my name but the man at the counter quickly sorted the issue and gave us our pizza. We got a large veggie supreme, good for two people but not very very big. Everything tasted great and their garlic sauce is the best. Absolutely recommend.

Regularly order from here and there is no consistency. 1 or 2 times I've had no issues. Hot pizza, fast delivery but on all the other occasions food has been cold, they sent the wrong pizza, late delivery (literally 5mins drive from the shop). Burnt food. Won't be ordering from here again!

It is really disappointed when you are told by the app that you can get pizza in 20-30mins, but actually wait for an hour. What is even more disappointed is when you try to ask the dominos shop, and they also don't know when will the driver arrive. There was only once, my pizza got to me on time, but never again after that. So disappointed, I probably will just go for the Italian pizza rather than this one. If you want a pizza from here, it's better to collect rather than delivery, otherwise you will be as disappointed as me. Bye, never order again.

I just want to say a big thank you to a lady by the name of Claudia (hope I spelt that correct.) I had ordered food but the domino’s app acted oddly and claimed to be delivered when it was in store. Took a quick bop since my address was only around the corner, and I had told her what had happened and unlike most other people I’ve dealt with beforehand she was super polite and helpful, gave me a free drink even though I said she didn’t have to and overall a genuinely nice interaction. Thank you Claudia 😊

Always really good pizza from here but every single time I order they mark it as delivered 10/20 minutes before it arrives. Causes me so much anxiety that someone’s stole my pizza 😂. I understand wanting to meet targets but the bot is saying delivered for over 24 mins now and I still have no pizza. When I called the manager said it will be here in 5-6 mins, 10 mins ago

I ordered my pizza at 19.31; it is now 20.50, and still no pizza. I called Dominios at 20.08 as I had been alerted by the Dominio's app that my pizza had been delivered, a usual scam New Cross dominos pulls every time; the lady on the phone said it had just left the shop and would be around 7 mins. 20.35, still no pizza. I called back; manager no 5 answered the phone, apologies, and said it would be a further 7 mins, so I decided to stay on the phone and speak with manager no.5; I asked what was wrong with their delivery service, and he replied nothing was wrong and that today they had only two drivers. 10 mins later, still no pizza. I asked for the person's name, but he refused to give me the name and called himself the manager no. 5. I then highlighted that the pizza still hadn't arrived, and he said to hold the line he would contact the delivery driver and put me on hold for a few seconds then put the phone down. I called back, and they did not answer. My pizza eventually arrived at 20.55 cold.
I will never go back to New Cross Dominos again. Sort out your delivery service and stop lying to customers!!!!!
