Pizza Go Go

Impossible to get ahold of on call, can't follow simple instructions. "Please call when outside as people are in the house sleeping and it will set the dogs off" the guy says " yeah yeah yeah I'll let the driver know" ... no call. Paid £2 for 4 dips, that never turned up. Ordered 2 portions of curly fries. Only got one. And is "non refundable" disgraceful service

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dont even waste your time! Or money!

2 hours waiting for 1 pizza! Which never ended up turning up because the delivery guy was going to the wrong address even after phoning twice and saying we werent answering the door!

If I could give zero I would. Ordered via just eat. Waited 40 mins, called the restaurant. They claimed they had “tried to call me”
Which they hadn’t, told me they could send out another order in 30 mins. No apology. Total joke

The worst place to order from. Food is always luke-warm and after waiting 2 hours for the food another time the driver just never came. Would never come here again !!!

Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. I placed my order around 6.45pm. I called at 7.02 to ask for a time frame as the online order email didn't mention anything... I was told order will be with me in 20mins. I started calling the store at 7.40pm someone answered near 8pm, only to be told apparently a driver had broken down and they were waiting for another driver to come. I asked the guy to be honest as I had ordered for children and they were now hungry. He was beating around the Bush...I then said il come to collect and I want my money back too.. to that he said he can return £10 I said ok.

So... I got my kids in the car and drove to the store waited there another 5 odd minutes for them to ACTUALLY get my order ready. There was a driver waiting to go out and miraculously another driver turned up to take more orders out... which had broken down then??? He returned £10 and I took my order...

I ordered and PAID for garlic sauce on top of the pizza... do let me know if you can see the garlic sauce anywhere... the fries were like they'd been cooked yesterday and just warmed up till they were burnt crisp in the oven... the chicken wings... WOW!! BBQ? more like CHARRED to death and the pizza was DRY as anything again like it was cooked yesterday!

I felt bad feeding my kids the pizza but it was so late and I had nothing else made 😔

£10 back DOES NOT justify the ridiculous experience I had with you!

Really bad customer service, food came late and cold. No one was picking up the phone, and there was barely any bbq sauce on the pizza base which made it very dry. Curly fries were amazing, but definitely not worth your money.

Ordered food at 00:52, 2am still not here. Rude customer service ignored the phone 15 times until finally picking up and saying “5 mins away” which is what they said 30 mins before hand when I had first called.
Lazy. Just pure Lazy sort your employees out
