Domino's Pizza - London - Upminster

Ordered pizza's for my sons birthday party at 8.30pm. I called up after 1hr 20 mins to see where it was and they informed me that they had put it down for collection instead of a delivery and that it had been sitting under the heat lamp for the last 20 mins. They offered a replacement if I was will to wait another hour or alternatively I could have the original pizza, in the guys own words 'should still be warm'. When I asked when it would be delivered they said another 20 mins. I then called again after 40 mins to chase up again. In all we waited over 2 hours for a cold pizza! Nope appology or discount. I will not be ordering from here again. Customer sevice was disgusting and food was cold.

I have ordered from this dominos 3 times now, and not once have they got our order right there is always something missing or is completely different to what I have ordered not once have they offer to resolve the problem,
The delivery drive has just turned up with only a medium pizza. we ordered 2 large pizzas, garlic bread, chicken strips, extra dip and a bottle of coke so quite a difference. After speaking again to the quite frankly rude staff members and manager we still have not received our food 1hour and 30minutes later. I am requesting a refund as I paid online for literally nothing and we will not be ordering from this awful place again !

Ordered few pizzas, 100£ worth and they forgot our 2 kids dinners, called them up and we asked them if they could send it on a scooter and they wasn't bothered even thought we had to cook another 2 MEALS and now they only going to refund us the 2 meals no discount or any sort of compensation whatsoever. It was like: come back and collect the meals or go hungry. Terrible. Never ordering dominos AGAIN. I will definitely use Papa John's next time.

Terrible service. collected over £100 worth of food got home and 2 orders were missing (2 kids dinners) called up and they would not send the order to us , spoke to manager and no use at all. 3 days later and we are still trying to get the money refunded. Totally incompetent staff and management, and they are telling us that it will take 5 days to refund to the card. will never use Dominos again.

Hardly surprising to see poor reviews this store is owned by same franchise who owns East Dulwich

Got a collection on Saturday, dough was bitter and the dough I could see the girl using had black spots all over it. I don’t think this store is using fresh dough. Back to papa johns for me

Ordered 6 pizzas online for the earliest collection (11:15am). I arrived dead on time to find they weren't even being cooked yet and to wait a further 15 minutes for the food. Doubt it's the fault of the workers on site but the website should not let you pre order for a collection time if there's not enough time to prepare the food.

Under cooked pizzas every time cheese is not grilled long enough and they dont put extra cheese on when ordering extra cheese. If I order extra cheese I dont expect to still see tomato sauce Employ some competent staff.
