Tops Pizza

AVOID - i ordered the 'medium' hot dog pizza, not only is this the smallest medium pizza i have ever seen - it was also missing the mustard mayo. when i called the place, they told me it has 'ran out' but no one could be arsed to tell me this when they received the order. the pizza was that overcooked, that the hot dog pcs were basically like pepperoni. i also had some chicken nuggets from this order and most of them were pink, i told this to the man on the phone and he didnt care, not phased in the slighest. i was throwing up all night - i have pics of this too in case you dont believe me :). there is a reason i have never ordered from here and defo wont be ordering from here again. AVOID!!! Ordered a pizza at 2210 on just eat with a delivery guide of 30 mins. Was given a delivery time of 2305-2325. Rang up at 2325 to be told it’s on its way be ten minutes as we had no driver. Rang again at 2349 to be told it’s still minutes away. Told them to cancel the delivery and refund me as we waited almost 1.45 for a pizza and my brother had to be at Heathrow at 6am!!! No refund given and the guy on the phone talked over me and was really rude

Absolutely disgraceful branch of Tops. The staff are so rude it’s flabbergasting. Sunday night at 8:25 and it takes 2 hours. Parts of the order missing and when it did arrive it was stone cold.
The last experience at this place was horrendous but we thought after 2 years we would give it a go. Won’t ever be using them again.
Highly recommend Dough Boys in New Denham instead. We ended up using them and they are a thousand times better. Friendly, reliable and very tasty!

Great pizza, fresh, not dry🍕affordable prices, waiting time was 15-20min so is ok.

The worst service, ordered a pizza, told me it till be ready for collection in 15-25 mins, went there after 25 mins and they kept saying 2 mins more. 20 mins went and it was still not ready, left the shop and told them to enjoy the pizza. DONT ORDER.

Ordered my medium size pizza was told waiting time would be 15 minutes. My pizza was ready on time. The staff were polite and very helpful. The price for the pizza was competitive which surprised me. Pizza was very tasty, would not hesitate to recommend this branch. this is now my go to place when I fancy a pizza.

The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!....Consistently great pizza's with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Thank you

The Staff are very friendly and professionals . They have time to listen to Customers request and provide exceptional pizzas. Will always buy from them and highly recommended. Keep up the great work
