Sorrento Pizza

BUG FOUND ON PIZZA! Horrible pizza, customer service and health and sanitary standards!!! There was a bug in one of the vegetarian pizzas ordered. See photos attached. When we called to complain, the manager insulted and accused us of lying in a very sarcastic manner, providing no customer service or help to correct the situation. He even went as far as asking us if we also found a dinosaur on the pizza. No help or compensation was offered. Do not eat this pizza!!!

Ordered through Just Eat and experienced a very poor service. What is infuriating is that they mark a delivery as completed just so it's doesn't flag up as late- presumably on some system with just eat. They do this despite knowing that the food hasn't left the restaurant which I think is deceitful. I have experienced this a number of times. When I called up I was promised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I followed up after 20 minutes and was told it would arrive "any second". 10 minutes later- the pizza arrives. Never ordering from this place again.

It's a shame as the pizza is actually nice.

Possibly my new favourite pizza, ever. Brilliant service. Ordered online, was here before the estimated time. Wonderful pizza. Possibly even better than last time we ordered from there! We will be back! Thank you Sorrento Pizza.

Simply put, these guys offer up some of the best pizza I've had outside of Rome!

A tiny takeaway so would recommend you get it delivered and enjoy in the comfort of home.

Great little local pizza takeaway / delivery place. I love down the road and it doesn't disappoint if you're looking for a quick and tasty bite. Good range of flavours, and say yes to garlic sauce

My go to local pizza place, amazing dough and great flavour. I’ve likely ordered over a 100 pizzas here during the pandemic.

Pretty good local option for those who want something close and therefore hot when delivered.

Crust was a bit dry but light and crispy. Tomato sauce as some flavour (but could have been better). Very much hits the spot of the middle ground between something a bit more authentic (eg Zia Lucia) and something dirty (eg Papa Johns) - both equally tasty depending on what you fancy at the time.
