Lunablu Italian Restaurant (Muswell Hill)

Just had a fantastic takeaway meal from Lunablu. The food was absolutely delicious! We collected as we’re just down the road but I can say the food was hot and was even better than we’d hoped for. This is now easily the best pizza in Muswell Hill. My girlfriend went for the Verdure salad which came with a nice big baked round of goats cheese. We could tell the food was prepared with great care and attention. You just don’t get food this good from the “chain” restaurants in the area. Will definitely be returning.

A delightful little pizzeria serving authentic Italian pizzas and garlic breads. The service is very fast and friendly, and the food tastes wonderfully fresh, bouncy, and juicy, which is what you'd expect from an authentic pizza. The pizzas are priced very modestly as well. Easily recommended - though please note they don't serve hot drinks at all (i.e. no coffee or tea).

Ok so I've eaten from here before and had no complaints but ordered a delivery on Friday night. Firstly it took me about 20 minutes to order through their website - very slow. After ordering I was assured that I would receive an email confirming my order - I did not. I then called up to check with them on my order - very unprofessional sounding on the phone. I had specifically requested that the delivery driver call my mobile when outside because our doorbell currently doesn't work - of course they did not do this and instead rang all the doorbells, alerting our neighbours below but not us. Once we finally had our pizzas in hand we realised very quickly that they had messed up and placed the extra toppings on the wrong pizzas. And both pizzas were seriously underdone. I've eaten here before so I know what they should taste like, and they tasted anything but. Had been rushed. All in all an okay restaurant if you're eating in, but ordering from them is a whole other story. Very disappointing.

Fantastic pizza and great value. I'm a big foodie and quite picky when it comes to pizza but this was such a wonderful find having just moved into the neighbourhood. The crust was chewy, the organic tomato sauce was especially tasty and I love that you can order different sizes too!

Just grabbed two pizzas to takeaway, one meaty and one vegan and both were really tasty! The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and the interior / decor is lovely. We look forward to eating in, soon! :)

Just shared a lovely supper with friends in our garden. Beautiful thin crust wood fired pizza from Lunablu - each topping more delicious than the next. Ordered in advance and it was delivered on the dot. Nice staff/chef.
I wish the business well. They had such bad luck initially opening just as we went into lockdown. on this showing they deserve to do well.
ps. The 12" pizza seemed enormous to me!
We had a Macaron each from Evelinas fo dessert - very yummy.
Muswell Hill did us proud.

I initially left a 5 stars review - but the last time I've ordered from Luna Blu it was a bit disappointing. Was charged £2.5 for delivery and I live 0.3 miles away, literally 5 mins walk from the shop. I waited over 1 hour to get 2 pizzas and 1 dessert, and when I received the order there was no dessert. The guy apologised and was back within 15 mins with the dessert. The pizza is good, so I am giving it 3 stars, but the guys clearly have some issues with deliveries. Definitely not worth the 1 hour wait though.

First review I've written motivated by wanting to bring this to more folks' attention! Best pizza in the local area and very reasonably priced. Excellent dough and good selection of toppings.
