I don't usually review places, but this pizza shop is so dreadful that people have to know. We ordered a vegan pizza. Never mind the overprice for a poor quality, but the pizza wasn't even vegan! When I looked on the receipt it didn't even say vegan. It had animal meat and dairy cheese on it. No regard whatsoever. They don't even know what vegan is. Had to tell them...

We order from here a lot and today I didn’t select the buy one get one free offer that we usually get. Paid full price for one pizza, tried to call back to get the free one and was basically told ‘better luck next time’. The pizzas great but I’m big on service.

Appalling. Brought wrong pizza then refused to honour the discount promised on future orders. Head office don’t take responsibility for franchises. Also awful, cheap ingredients.

This place is very horrible stop selling pizza I ordered two pizzas and a drink I did not receive any drink and 2 wrong pizzas that was squashed in the box and at a low temperature to give me food poisoning please close this place down!!!!!!!!

What a horrible place to order pizza! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order and waited for two hours! I called the shop and this guy told me my order is on its way. He asked me to wait another 20mins ! No apology whatsoever! After 20mins no sign of my order being delivered! I called them up and the guy said my order has been cancelled as they were too busy and couldn’t deliver my order!!!! So he made me wait for additional 20mins without letting me know that they had cancelled my order!!!! I don’t know who employs these people!!!!! No manners whatsoever!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful !!!!

Always been ordering, but past two times - no refunds been issued. Declined orders - because they are very busy, we have very big order and our address is not in the coverage zone - which can’t be true as they used to deliver here. Unprofessional people working in store, avoid any time

It's alright, good size but the flavours and textures didn't come together, some bits of the pizza was a bit soggy as well

Used to be a customer not anymore! They cancelled my order twice on their website, when I called they said we’re busy and my postcode is far! Excuse me is it my problem! You are doing this service and keep in mind that I’m 2 miles away from the shop! One star and never recommend
