Pizza Go Go

After a hard of fasting, I came into the store having previously ordered on the phone. As I approached the counter, the old man with the glasses behind the counter refused to acknowledge me and without any prompt ran to the back of the store. I was waiting patiently to be served when a small Asian lady then started to take ANOTHER order even though I ordered on the phone. It took me several times of explaining to her to FINALLY understand that the order has already been placed. She then asked me what is my order, I explained the order for her to start making rude hand gestures towards me. I was under the impression she was undergoing some medical issues. She then got the order and started to charge us additionally for sauces. I explained to her that the amount of sauce was not in line with the amount we ordered, she started to make rude hand gestures again. I kept my cool even though I was severely hungry and paid for my food and left. So now on to the food, I asked for less cheese on my pizza and they did the opposite and put extra cheese on, the pizza was also undercooked and completely bland. No wonder there is a deal on because no one in their right mind would pay full price for this. I would completely avoid this place in the future. To conclude, a combination of terrible food and service. Very rude staff.

We used to order at this place regularly and previously taste was really good. But my last experience with them was horrible.
We ordered Mexican Passion Pizza on Sunday evening (15th May 2022).
When we ordered we noticed the team was totally changed.
Usually pizza gets ready in 10 to 15 mins.. but on this day,we were waiting for long time. After long wait, they asked us what pizza we ordered and then only started preparing it.

We were able to see the chef preparing the pizza. Chef was not wearing hand gloves/hair cap. Cheese was simply overloaded.
After a long wait we got the pizza. When we bought and came home we saw the pizza was undercooked and the taste was very bland.
More than that, the horrible part is I found a hair in the pizza.

Never expected such a bad experience this time.
Will never go again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Please have a proper team which doesn't change so frequently.

Used to be a good place for great pizza. I was a regular customer here. But now I have to say please dont go as the shop keeps changing its employees and with it changes the taste is the pizza too! I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second order and I’ve had no issues with either. Pizzas have been hot, tasty, as ordered and delivered within about half an hour. I ordered online so only had contact with the two different drivers and both have been pleasant. Thanks

The man with the glasses got my order wrong and then tried to blame me for his mistake, another time the same man took my order and said 10 mins, I waited 20. My pizza was sitting on top of the oven going stone cold and he didn't even let me know it was ready so I was waiting another 10 mins for no reason while my pizza goes cold. The man with the glasses also has a terrible attitude towards customer I have no idea how he is still employed at this place.

Great food, I've been seeing reviews about an old man with glasses well I believe he is gone. Service was quick and everything was done in less than 15 mins. Pizza was really good however a tiny bit too cheesy. Overall good I don't know what everyone else is complaining about.

If I could I would give -0 stars for this place, absolutely distasteful service especially from the balding man with a box beard wearing glasses. He has zero customer service and is disrespectful and refuses any requests. This place should definitely be visited by food and hygiene standard agency and needs to go on a course on how to treat customers.

Ordered chicken american hot pizza and flaming wings and received pork pizza without wings! Worst customer service when called the restaurant! Not a good try!
