The Lucky Inn (chinese food) and Pizza

Ordered today, not good food. Chicken and prawns overdone and hard as rock. Batter on prawns too thick, inedible. Sweet n sour sauce too sweet and artificial. Won’t be ordering again.

Keep ordering from this place for last 4 years now and again, but it's always up and down - last night food was horrible, batter on prawns was just something else - inedible. Singapore noddles - tastles.But on previous order noodles was delicious. In summary- do order at your own risk 😁

Food is average, bland, limited menu, small portions, overpriced.
Service is a joke. Had wrong items delivered in the past so asked delivery driver if we could check the order was correct first before he left. He refused to even open the bag and check for us. He made a simple request very difficult. Even once we gave him the cash he kept complaining and lecturing and was not helping at all. At that point we already explained that the restaurant is not helpful and does not care if the items are wrong, which is why we would like to confirm the order is correct before accepting it. Even with our order receipt in his hand he refused to help and said he doesn’t know what we ordered. Why should you expect a customer to pay for an order that isn’t correct? Just a reflection of the attitude of the staff at this place, they don’t care what they send out. Really poor customer service avoid spending your money at this place who treats customers like an inconvenience.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible food! WTAF, everything tastes off. Old meat, expired fish. I literally cannot. Only taken a few bites but wow, I literally cannot continue to eat this.

Ordered 2 portions of prawn balls. Was really under cooked and wet dough inside. Wasn't nice atall 1st time ordering and the last.

Ordered via delivroo waited 45 minutes for the order. Sent the wrong curry restaurant wanted the wrong item back and sent the right item. Ruined our dinner and wouldn't give us some rice for the inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend.

Order the food and was very disappointed as the salt and pepper squid was so oily and hard as rock king prawn same i just could taste the old oil and food came cold very very disappointed

It’s tasteless old food they put in takeout and small portions overpriced, if there’s zero I want to put zero star
