Tops Pizza

Recently moved to the area, and have to say on both occasions we have ordered here , the food has been amazing. Piping hot and delish.My daughter even said the pan base was one of the best pizzas she'd ever had. And definitely the potato skins and mozzarella sticks will ruin my diet !! Will absolutely be our go to takeaway from now on... yum !!!

Ordered from the Crawley branch having ordered at a different branch before with the food being spot on. This time however, the food was just warm not hot so not sure how long its been out the oven for, all 3 pizzas tasted bland and it didn't taste fresh. Not only this by the end of the night the 5 of us all suffered from stomach pains and ended the night in the toilet which was most likely due to food poisoning. Not fun and in all honesty I'd avoid this place in the future.

We ordered the Vegan pizza's for the first time and I can honestly these were the worst pizza's we have every tried. We ordered 3 vegan pizza's for delivery and when they arrived we noticed that the dip was non-vegan and had leaked all over our vegan pizza's. When we reported this to the driver he wasn't sure and suggested we call the store to get them placed (fair enough). After calling the store they offered to re-make the pizza's, which we then collected from the store. When we got home the pizza was not to standard as the base was burnt and the dough was stale. Therefore, we complained to the staff who said we will be refunded for the complete amount and put the phone down. I called the store back to ask what we should do with the pizza's and requested for them to be collected from us, as we paid for delivery. However, the staff member told us to throw the pizza's away. This incident happened on 30th August. I waited till 5th September 2022 to give it 5 working days for the refund to hit my account. However, the refund never came through, so I called the store to see what was happening and everyday I called I was told that the manager was either on delivery or is not in the store. I had tried to call everyday to speak to the manager, but was told the same thing every single time I called. I even left my number asking them to pass it onto the manager to call me back, but got no call back. Then on the afternoon of 11th September I called back and the staff member said "Mate, the manager doesn't want to speak to you and he said you will not be getting your refund". When I went to the store I was informed my messages weren't passed to the manager to call back and that no refund will be issued. They implied that we ate the pizza, so no refund is to be issued. However, I explicitly asked the staff member to collect the pizza, but was informed that I should throw them away. It's really frustrating to see that a simple complaint couldn't be passed onto and be dealt with. I have now lost my money and service was shocking.

Supersize Margherita Cheese Pizza meets all my Home Alone movie acting at home and the Pepperoni Supersize and American Hot Supersize are all just really good Pizza's. Staff are okay they do what you ask, could be a bit more customer friendly to regular Pizza lover customers like us. We will not order Pizza from anyone else. There is definitely space to put two small tables at the front as I hate closing the box on a fresh Pizza 🍕 would love to smash it as soon as it comes out of the Pizza oven. 🍕

I used to love Tops Pizza but now... just ordered pizza delivered raw... instwad if jalapeno cheese bites, got nachos... so disapointed. Delivery driver pass it on the boxes but bottle drink just left by the door! Like for a dogs...

Very disappointed, I ordered two medium pizzas for 1 adults and 2 children, they were tiny, we had about 3/4 slices each, more of a small than a medium, I also customised one so it had ham on, there was no ham, when I called to complain, he didn't want to know, was rude said he cooked it himself and he definitely put ham on, basically calling me a liar and hung up on me! Won't be ordering here again.

Don't bother ordering a pizza from Crawley branch this evening. Been waiting 2 hours. Enquired twice from store as to when it will be delivered and just been fobbed off by aggressive person.

I love the taste of cheese thats very different and tasty. Best pizza in crawley
