Snappy Tomato Pizza - Bedworth

Absolutely awful! I ordered 2 large chips with our meals and was sent 2 small I phoned and explained to be told I ordered small which I didn’t I was also charged for 2 large! We had a kebab which was the worst thing I’ve ever tried it tasted and looked like chopped up burger.. I used to live by the owner of this place a few years ago and order from here all the time and it was always lovely I never had a problem till roughly a year or so ago we ordered pizza and it was awful so we haven’t ordered from here in a while but ordering today has just confirmed it’s bloody awful! If I were you I’d order from somewhere else unless you want to chuck it in the bin and make toast!... tbh the kids did like the burgers

It has been a long time since we ordered from 'Snappy'.
The last few occasions we have found the pizzas cold and very bland. They used to be delivered piping hot with generous spicy topping. We go for South Of The Border and even the jalapenos were not hot. Neither was there any spicy taste to the meat toppings.
Any way we don't really like any other pizza outlet with just all crust bases or flimsy, sagging pizza to try hold and eat. So we really only like ordering from here still.
Glad we did last night. We had a Meat Feast, South Of The Border and Hot Herbie.
They were lovely but please still, just spice them up a bit snappy!
We have to pay delivery as we have to order from Bedworth branch due to postcode delivery service. Still I don't mind the pizza delivered on time . No complaints from us.

I absolutely LOVE the Farmhouse Burger!!! Sadly & for unknown reasons I was shocked to see it had been removed from the menu 😢 I haven’t ordered since……… The Farmhouse Burger Meal was my favourite item & go to meal……Nothing else on the menu compares to it.
Please, Please bring back the FARMHOUSE BURGER MEAL 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
(I’d 100% start ordering from yourselves again, at least twice a month if the Farmhouse Burger comes back…………… BRING IT BACK!!!)

Really disappointed with the order we have just received. We paid £31.30 with delivery and received a sad looking bland pizza, some chips with the regular and large box melted together and an over priced cold kebab. I called to discuss issues with the pizza and was told by the manager that he made the pizza himself and that’s how it should look and there is nothing he can do for me despite on the “red tape” section of the website it saying… “Our absolute priority is to serve you with the best tasting range of Pizzas, Sides and Extras, together with the highest standards of Customer Service and we will always work to ensure your complete satisfaction.”
Very disappointed as we’ve spent more than we would have done at dominoes!

£31 for the worst pizza and kebab I have ever had in my life. Honestly stick to papa johns or dominoes. Pizza turned up looking like my two year old had composed it. Gave the manager a call with the chance to rectify it but refused to help or assist in any way.

Pizzas very nice apart from 1 pizza should of been Pepperoni but no Pepperoni just plan

Ridiculous!!! I ordered a portion of chips for delivery which was £2.75 already overpriced. The food has now come and that portion of chips was in a small burger box. Can you imagine!!! Day light robbery!! And the staff taking the order has no patience and manners. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!
