Village Pizza Vegan

WORST PLACE!! I’d give zero stars if I could
I called them ordering what I assumed was a vegan pizza from a VEGAN pizza place however I soon found that “village vegan pizza” is just a part of “pizza 2 go” which uses the same phone number as I receive a non vegan pizza
When I called trying to resolve this I was sworn at and belittled by an extremely angry man, I was told “I never said it was a f****** vegan pizza did I?” But this listing says you are a Vegan pizza shop so I’d assumed that was a given, what if someone had an allergy? They could become extremely ill simply because the number here is for a different place, or a shared place. This issue needs resolved before someone gets sick
completely disgusted by the customer service and lack of professionalism and recommend avoiding the place at all costs

We had trouble ordering through the website (should have just done it over the phone or through Uber eats!!) Nonetheless, it was well worth it. Managed to finally get a gluten free, dairy free pizza that actually tasted amazing. Plus side and a dessert and drink too. Once we managed to find out what happened to our order it was prepared and sent really fast - it was worth the wait, but next time I will skip all the hassle and order a different way 😂

I placed an order online for the Purley branch and received a confirmation email. All looked very promising but after a 1.5 hour wait, I called to check what was going on and the guy just said matter of factly 'oh yeah we wouldn't have received the order because the system is awful'. There was no apology. He then advised I could place my order on the phone or via just eat (glad I had ticked to say cash otherwise who knows what would have happened!). I said I would just do it over the phone and he tried to charge more than the online price - there was no discount for the fact I had waited for so long.. Nothing to say we'll get this out to you ASAP. I ended up waiting a whole other hour. The food was OK when it arrived. Nothing fantastic. The driver was nice at least. Poor service overall.

We ordered a pizza off their website and waited and hour before calling to see where it was. A stroppy man said we were too far and had cancelled our order without letting us know. Looks like the other bad reviews mention this same angry guy. Chill guy! Relax and make pizza!

I had a staple in my pizza!
Ordered from the purely branch.
Our pizza arrived 15 minutes early which is great.
Cheese is horrible, no flavour and looks plasticy but edible.
However worse than that was the staple i found in my pizza which had obviously been pulled from a document (one end was stuck up and the other prong was down) and it must have pinged into my pizza, i can only assume they gave up looking for it and didn't think to redo the pizzas that it may have gone into, instead just chancing it.
Biting on it was not a pleasant experience.
I will never order from them again.

The pizza here is delicious! They don’t skimp on the toppings and the vegan cheese they use doesn’t taste weird like most faux cheeses! There’s a wide variety of pizzas and it’s honestly my fave place to order pizza delivery from! It takes about an hour but I think that’s typical for pizza deliveries regardless where you order from! Thanks village pizza vegan! Don’t let the bad reviews dissuade you!

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. All 3 were just old and reheated, very hard to chew on! One of them was supposed to be spicy, but which one? Forever a mystery!

Terrible service, do not use. Pizza didn't arrive for over 1.5h and the person on the phone started yelling at me that it's not their fault that the website/system didn't 'send the order through'. Used to order from them in the past, but never again! Not sure I'm going to get my money back for the pizza that never arrived.
