I pulled up guy was sitting outside smoking a cigarette he got up and quickly ran in, I ordered a burger with chips the guy didn't even wash his hands or put gloves on as he scratched his face and said I'll call you when it's ready so I sat outside and watched him no hygiene whatsoever never again will I go there, I chucked the burger away and just eat the chips😡

I ordered a Texas bbq burger and chips and a joker burger and chips and I only got a joker burger and no chips and then I got another burger and I got chips I would never go back again.

Just had a chicken kebab from this place, it was the most peculiar taste and texture I have ever come across. The chicken was flaky like the meat had been braised but without any moisture. The taste was very odd cannot describe but not nice, I am guessing it's precooked left in fridge then chucked on grill, probably a few days old. Please steer clear

We ordered some food at 8.23pm today was told it would be a 1 hour waiting time which is fine but the one hour passed and nothing arrived we rang the lady said the foods been delivered to you already we disputed this with her as if our order arrived we would of not be ringing in to ask where it was she was adamant it had been delivered after much twoing and throwing she eventually called the driver who said he delivered it to a woman who did not match mine or my mums description in the end she made another order which just arrived to late to eat it now. The place has gone downhill we won't be using this takeaway again

Disgusting service! This is the 3rd time now they carnt seem to get an order right on the phone and then I get the blame as I apparently didn't ask for it then I get told to ask them to repeat the order next time that's if I go back there think they all need some training in customer service.
