Domino's Pizza - Haywards Heath

I ordered vegi supreme pizza and after eating half of it found a piece of pork sausage sitting at the center of it. I don't eat pork or beef. And so ordered a veg pizza. This is horrifying for me !! How would I ever going forwards trust that the pizza that dominos haywards heath is delivering is what I have ordered for! When I complained and asked for refund, dominos person said because I did not call the day I ordered i.e. just yesterday night, I am not eligible for a refund! She said that sometimes mix happens, that too smiling. This is height of stupidity and arrogance towards customers!! I would request all vegans and vegetarians to be cautious when ordering from haywards heath dominos.

I refuse to order/ support this company anymore. The delivery time is always never accurate but always late & 0 apology/ compensation is given. My food usually arrives after waiting 1hr 20mins or more, and to top it off it arrives COLD ! 😐

Considering the price I pay for the pizza and now we have to pay for delivery, it is just a complete rip off just to get cold pizza.

Most recently I had a driver drop the big garlic & herb sauce when taking it out of his delivery back & it went everywhere on the ground which was an inconvenience to me as I no longer had the big dip I paid for so I requested a replacement and I had to wait another 20 mins for him to come back.

If you know that the delivery will take more than 1hr, PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS and at least bare minimum include some type of packaging that can keep the pizza warm / hot, as no one should have to pay £20+ for an order just to get cold food...

For the absolute extortionate prices that Dominos charges even with the deals, you'd expect good service at least. With ridiculous wait times and inconsistent food quality, I'm going to start using one of the other local pizza places instead. Dominoes can be nice but it's far from worth it, especially with the new delivery fee on top.

I’d love to say I was reviewing their actual pizza, but we ordered an hour and a half ago and we live 2 minutes from the store, yet we still have no food. We’ve called up and asked where the food is and been told they can’t give us money back, but will give us a free pizza… well we don’t even have our first pizza yet. Seriously, sort yourselves out - this is disgraceful!

Just so everyone knows, the food finally arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later. It was cold and the order was incomplete. We sent the food back and were told we would get a refund, but this hasn’t yet arrived.

Longest wait ever and when arrived just about warm called shop and they replaced but will try papa John’s next time

I think I'm at the point the lovely ladies know me and know exactly what I like! It's awesome when there in this fine form! Makes it hard not to order! I cannot fit into so many of my clothes 😭😅

Send the wrong pizza, it had meat on it and I don't eat meat. I called up and explained, I was told I could have a free pizza next time I order. I called up to order and I was told that I have never ordered a pizza with them before and they won't help. The man on the phone was rude and shouting over me when I was trying to explain what happened. Wont be useing them again!

Great experience- came here as usually get from Burgess Hill but was in the area. Delicious as expected.
