Excellent customer service and best quality of the food , they have two branches garston pared and vicrege road home pizza

I ordered via uber eat..

We got two 1/2pound bacon burgers, a jumbo hotdog, some piri piri chips & a drink. I asked for the salad to be given separately from my burger. Let me just say... YUM. You know when you get that proper grilled flavour? Not greasy, not over salted, but all just right. They did deliver the salad separately also as requested.

Was so impressed the food was amazing. £4.50 for a 1/2 cheese burger? WOW was incredible. Fresh roll so tasty. My pizza was packed with awesome fillings. 10/10 better than domino's. Thank you guys definitely my favourite now

Unfortunately there isn't an empty star which I gladly would give for the taste of the food which I've been delivered. The pizza was extremely small and with no taste for the amount of 10£. And the nachos.. Oh wow tatse was horrendous. Lots of onions and red cabbage spread on top of it. For a first time I've seen nachos prepared on this ridiculous way. Food went to the bin. Such a disappointment!!

If there was an option of zero stars I would have gone for that. Ordered food at 7:30pm. Called them up at 8:30pm that we didn't receive order it's been an hour, they replied it will be delivered in 20 mins.

We again called up to enquire, we were told falsely, that the driver will be there with us in 10 minutes. We called back 30 minutes later as we still did not get the order which is when the restaurant person asked for our post code so that he can send someone with our order.

So they never sent the food, kept lying about it and also falsely updated deliveroo that food has already been delivered.

Pathetic.

Used to be favourite place to order but myself who is pregnant and my boyfriend have been waiting over an hour for our food and when we have tried to ring to enquire when our food will arrive no awnser on the phone. Order from just eat app and that has been updated to say we have recieved our food.

Ordered from vicarage Road and was unhappy with the food! Some of the food was burnt and an item was missing BUT! rang and explained the gentleman on the phone was very happy to help and they re sent our food 😀 very happy customer will definitely order again, normally the food is on point 1st time so will happy let this one off. Brilliant customer service and back to a very happy customer thank you vicarage road.

Terrible service and rude staff. After waiting 2 hours my order never arrived. No answer from restaurant either, phone just ringing out. Disgusting. Don't accept paying orders you cant fulfill then attempt to keep the money! JustEat are blindsiding customers by partnering with and allowing incompetent businesses to operate on their site.
