Domino's Pizza - Henley-on-Thames

We've been loyal customers to this branch for quite some time but this was our last order here. Long story short, a meaty pizza was sent to me who I am a vegetarian. We called up and spoke to a lady and instead of receiving a polite apology we had to squeeze it out of her. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, constantly interrupting. She insulted us by wrongfully assuming we called just to get a freeby so she said she will fix the error on the condition we send the wrong pizza back (with an attitude). I've never been told that in the past anywhere else. We've spent hundreds of pounds there, if not more, most of the time generously tipping the drivers as well, come on... All we wanted was a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and distress and a sincere apology. We got neither.
She adamantly refused to provide us with the manager's name or her name. I mean wow... we were speechless... We've politely clarified that it's nothing personal, we just want the manager's name to file an official complaint but she was so desperate to end the conversation constantly repeating she's been on the phone to us for 10min (it was 2min at first), instead of resolving it because she had other more important customers and she was wasting her precious time with us, and in the end she put the phone down on us. :|
Needless to say she ruined our evening and we will not spend another penny in Dominos ever again.

Walked down to order a pizza. Took £15 cash for a £10.99 pizza. Couldn’t have it as they don’t take cash! Ridiculous! Went elsewhere for a better pizza and they were happy to take my legal tender sovereign notes, no problem.
Tried once more, being careful to not take the national currency of the past few centuries and thought I’d try the new spicy sausage. They were out of stock of the toppings! They only have a few pizza toppings and all they sell is pizza. Why can they not keep on top of the most simple stock?! Its like Starbucks running out of coffee beans. A joke.

I messed up the order, manager was very helpful and rectified although it was my fault. Great customer service thank you.

Poor service, waited for over 2 hours and nothing delivered bearing in mind I was told 20 minutes delivery time!! Rang shop and they said it had been delivered! In the end had to go and get it. Never use Henley again complete incompetence just to get a pizza!!!

Absolutely dreadful. Il never go there again. I strongly advise anyone else not to. Very rude young lady behind the counter.

Extras still too expensive....

Absolutely awful. Almost 2 hours waiting for our food to arrive and still no sign of them or answer on the phone.

Stopped delivering to wargrave (3 miles away) a couple of weeks ago. Still get leaflets through the door telling me there is delivery until 11pm, just to add insult to injury. Today we were going to pick up and they shut at 9pm, supposed to be open til 11. Tried to get Woodley to deliver as they did a couple of weeks ago (apparently that was a mistake) so they won't deliver anymore either. We then gave up and ordered from Papa Johns.
