Viva La Pizza

Very dissapointing meal tonight! We use Viva regularly and have never had a problem, HOWEVER, tonight we ordered a grilled chicken burger along with two other meals, the picture on the menu shows 2 pieces of grilled chicken, what was on the bun did not even cover a third of the base!!! A mouthful of chicken if you have a small mouth. We phoned to complain and were told there was nothing they could do as we could not return the meal - the chicken was gone in the first bite and upon opening the bun realised there was nothing else there!!!! Very poor customer service and I doubt we will be back 😡😡😡😡

Turned up at 2230pm for a kebab only to be told no donner meat.. Hmmm... Funny that they closed at 2300pm..It was obvious the lad couldnt be bothered! Will go somewhere else in future.. Absolutely terrible.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Best kebab and pizza shop around by far.the chicken and donner kebabs with salad lots of garlic mayo on a naan bread are to die for.good tasty pizzas.it definitely is the best

Won't be going back, can pay with card online but not in store?
Nobody wearing gloves or hair nets while prepping food, food was lukewarm at best.
Poor food hygiene standards all round really.

We ordered a delivery kn weds night via website card payment taken and viva didn't show up! I couldn't reach them by phone as it appeared to be off the hook and I'm still waiting on a refund! We are regulars at viva and have never ever had any issues great service and food usually hence the two stars but I will think twice ordering from here again sorry viva

Worst takeaway delivery in West lancs.
Every order we had delivered was missing things.
When we complain we were barred from ordering from them.
Food comes cold, late,
Manager couldn't care less.
Did us a favour. Found a much better place.
Can't believe they are still trading.

Tried 4 time's to place an order using "Just Eat" Never had a problem before as we order every now and then using "Just Eat" home delivery.
Just kept getting messages saying "the order had been cancelled, the take away may be too busy or not deliver to your area" on a Monday night.

As I've said before they have delivered to us on more then one occasion, so its not a case of not delivering to the area. Tried online help which was less then helpful.
No idea why this happened tonight, and the last time we ordered they forgot our desserts too.

Normally ok service, but get the feeling that tonight the people couldn't be bothered delivering about 5 miles away.

Never again staff are nasty food is disgusting and don't get your order right and don't care waste of money and time four times went there to give them chances bad experience everytime that's it now should be shut down worst place in ormskirk
