Domino's Pizza - Welwyn Garden City

Honestly I’m really surprised dominos are wasting money in keeping this place open last time I ordered pizza wasn’t even cut now I’ve received a pizza squashed to the box unedible rang for them to say there sorry and they would send out my order again took half hour for me to ring up to threaten with head office before they sent a pizza but the wrong one different to my order, staff need training on how to treat customers if you don’t like your job don’t work there overall experience waste of money never again

We ordered three items, an two were pretty much inedible. Pizza was stone cold and cheese has solidified on top, cinnamon sticks were pretty much just dough covered in sugar, was disgusting. When we called up to ask whether we could be refunded, they told us that someone had been sent out to come and collect our food as ‘evidence’. So not only was our food shockingly bad, but they also took it from us after.

Practically inedible... Our thin crust pepperoni pizza was like a chilli oil soaked rivita... Over cooked, super greasy (literally dripping) and rolled to the thickness of paper... Best to avoid and order elsewhere!

Have always Enjoyed Pizzas from Domino's...But the one I Received last night Smelt and tasted like it was cooked in a dirty Greasey oven

The worst experience... Ordered at 23:00, called an hour later to be told it's coming in 20 minutes due to driver delays. Called back at 00:30 and a new person had no idea about my order and claimed the driver will come pick it up soon and deliver it in 30 min lol. I had to cancel the order, it's a joke. The funniest thing is that the app then said the pizza is on the way and I could follow the driver make his way all the way to my place and drive back haha. Then it said "enjoy your food" hahaha

Took ages to deliver. When they did it was missing the garlic bread. Took an extra 50mins to redeliver the garlic bread. The original food was cold and not dominos standard. No apology, no rebate. Awful service on the phone and from the delivery driver.

Sometimes good & the other times food can be cold & ingredients look out of date
Improvement is needed

Placed 2 orders . 2 two different delivery address, receipts had the two different address's and two different order numbers , by the time the driver had gone backwards and forwards correcting the order everything was cold. By the way this was not a cheap order.
