Frozen donuts rock hard delivered in a plastic bag loose plastic bag from another shop so god knows what it had in it prior to the frozen donuts then called up and Tod it has to be frozen for hygiene reasons never heard anything like it in my life how these places pass the hygiene is beyond me no where decent anymore jokers!!!

Worst pizza, we ever had in our life. Please do not order anything from this shop. They don’t know what the pizza looks like. Absolutely disgusting !!!

They served my disabled son chicken with blood seeping out of the center. The managers son denied this was blood and said it was juice or oil. I asked him would he mind eating a piece and he refused. He argued with me, he said he will not apologise because he owns the shop. His attitude was disgusting and my kids were upset by the level of aggression he was willing to use, to hide his raw, blood seeping chicken. I will never use the place again my child could have been seriously ill. He slammed my £13 back with no apology. This immature boy has a lot to learn. Daddy did not teach him - ALWAYS LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

P.s don't try to make people believe bright red blood is oil !!!!!

PLEASE GO TO MOMO'S NEXT DOOR, WE TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED TO US HE MADE US ALL FRESH GRILLED CHICKEN AT NO COST BECAUSE HE COULD SEE THE CHLDREN WERE UPSET AT THE WAY WE HAD BEEN TREATED. WHAT AN AMAZING MAN!! HE MADE THE KIDS LAUGH AND EVEN APOLOGISED FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO US NEXT DOOR.

Great place! I ordered a medium pizza it was made for perfection! The pizza tasted luxurious the toppings were delicious everything was outstanding! Great staff,they are very kind.Overall,the best pizza shop in the town you should definitely visit this pizza shop 100 percent worth it! I will be visiting here again and try the mouthwatering fries!

Utterly terrible. Not what we asked for. The "chips" arnt even chips they are fries, and the fries aint even cooked though like they have been blanched for 2 mins then sent to us. Meat is dry and also the food was luke warm. Should be closed for utter utter minging food

Well, well, well...... how this place has gone down hill. For the second time in a few weeks No. 1 Pizza Wolverhampton have happily taken my money via their website only to leave me with no food nearly 2 and a half hours after placing said order. Their phone lines go un-answered (both numbers). Their WhatsApp service also offers no reply. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one off. More fool me. After years of using them (my online account shows I've spent nearly £1,000 with them to date), I'm done! It's a shame as their food is good and until recently the service has matched it.

UPDATE; After just under 3 hours the food turned up. I advised the driver I didn't want it as I ordered at 11:03pm and despite the website giving a delivery estimate of 45-60 minutes, he turned up at just before 2am. He told me the shop hadn't answered the phone and the manager was unavailable to discuss the issue as they "are too busy"........ Excellent customer service 🙄 When I challenged him, he jumped in his car and drove off at high speed. Professional, good work... (🙄 again).

As a comparison, I ordered with Domino's at 12:52am after I gave up hope of No.1 turning up. Domino's turned up at 1:25am.

Lovely piza friendly staff helpful .shop is clean and tidy even on new years eve when it was very busy l.plenty of chairs tables for any one to eat in but mainly takeaway thank you

been ordering from here since i was a young child.. im 20 now.. my favourite pizza place ever
