Large pizza spread out to make XL base an sparse topping that may look ok on large but for another £4 u expect more topping not spread out to cover base,not worth it £8,99 pizza sold in £11 ,99 box

AVOID! waste of money! Not very friendly and dirty inside. Smell of cigarette smoke inside. We were starving so started eating potato wedges in the car. I felt mouldy taste! Had to spit that wedge and now worried about my health as my digestive system already feels funny. Hard to see the mold, but it was definitely moldy taste that is masked by spices! We still have pizzas that gonna go to bin!

Pizza NoNo. Asked for the order to be delivered to my back door. When it hadn't arrived for 30 minutes after it was due went to look outside to find it left on the path outside my back gate (which was unlocked so no issue opening it). Literally on the floor. Food stone cold. The app was showing the food awaiting delivery so I don’t know how long it had been left there. I called the restaurant who took no responsibility whatsoever. Shame, I’ve enjoyed eating here but doubt I’ll come back.

Update - have been trying to contact them for a week to finally receive a response that say ‘it’s tough, you should have come to us directly and not used Uber Eats as we have problems using them. Nothing we can do to help’.

Absolutely appalling way to treat paying customers. So many better places to eat who look after their customers.

Good prices for good pizza. Good luck trying to get a parking space, though.

If I could review with less than a star I would. Extremely rude service. The person I called to order my pizza kept on hanging up the phone while I was ordering. Despite giving a second chance and calling again, he repeated his ill behaviors. When I pointed out that I am his customer he said 'ok' and hung up yet again. I hope no one buys from them again. The shop right next to them is much better both customer service wise and their quality of food. I hope the person who answers the calls is fired. Such a person shouldn't be working in a place where customer service is a must!

LAST 2 REVIEWS IS NOT TRUE LUCKLY I WAS THERE PICK UP MY ORDER THE PERSON CALLED AND NOT ABLE TO TELL THE POSTCODE AND THE STAFF WERE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL WITH HIM AND EVEN STAFF ASK IF YOU KNOW THE POSTCODE PLEASE ORDER ONLINE BUT THEY KEEP CALLING NOT EVEN ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND START threats the staff if you not take my order I will give bad reviews I think GOOGLE SHOULD TAKE SOME ACTION REGADING THIS TYPE OF UN TRUE REVIEWS the staff explain to me after call and I promise I will explain if some thing give REVIEWS like this

Persons who are taking the orders over the phone are usually rude and non professional, just hang up in the middle because he could not understand the address. When I called them again some one else picked up the phone and he was even worse than the first one. He again hang up in the middle and said we are now closed and it was 7 pm only. That was not the first time. Really bad and will not advise any one to go there.
