Caprinos Pizza Stapleford, Nottingham

This the best pizza I had here in Nottingham !
Honestly I added the stuffed crust ( cheese and garlic) and added extra cheese 🧀. It’s the sea food pizza.
I loved it, they also offered me cookies because my delivery been delayed.
The delivery guy was so nice and everything was in a perfect temperature.

Ordered food from here and it came out to roughly £15, waited an hour and a half and heard nothing from them, kept requesting updates on my order and heard nothing back. Called them to ask them where my food was and they said their driver had called and and had knocked on my door - this was not the case because I had received no phone calls and not a single person had knocked on my door that day. They asked me if the details I had given them were correct which they were. They then told me the driver will call me when they get back to the store. 40 minutes goes by and I don’t revive any call, I call the restaurant and they just told me that there was nothing they could do and that their driver had tried their best to deliver the food and had called me (again, I had revived no calls and no one had knocked on my door), I asked what was going to happen to my food and they just told me I wasn’t going to get it - they didn’t offer to try and deliver the food again or offer a refund they just took my money and I didn’t get my food. I was just luckily I had used an Uber eats discount or I would’ve lost £30 because of their poor service

Waited for them to open at 11am as it says in shop door, no one in and turns up till 11:20am to open. Then recons they can get can make pizza in a few min? Can’t be fresh ingredients then!
No preparation before opening? Ovens not on so is it pre cooked and microwaved? Just walked in off street opens door starts touching food!

Pizza took nearly 2 hours to get here. Pizzas were okay on arrival but nothing to rave about. Ordered some curly fries and only had about 10 in the box!! Do not recommend.

First time using this pizza take away…. Wasn’t disappointed, infact one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent pizza, well made and a lot of bang for your buck. Delivery is prompt and with in a reasonable time.

Sauce, cheese and base as very good. The toppings vary in quality but far up well for what it is. Dipping sauce rivals many other chains. Sides are clearly frozen and heated up but is fine for what you get. Desert are the same as sides.

As far as chain pizzas go it is great.

They have got amazing 18 inch pizza and I think better than domino’s 🍕good quality of the ingredients, it would of be nicer if they got thinner dough personally , but I didn’t asked for thinner one ☝️ highly recommended .

Ordered via popular food app, pizza never arrives even though says it has. Tried to call the place but they can't confirm if it's been sent out or not at all.
