Domino's Pizza - Risca

I'm a driver at the Risca branch and I get nothing but praise from satisfied customers who always comment on the punctuality and the delivery timing and how hot the food is. All I see is negative comments (which helps us to improve) and not the any praise we all at the branch sometimes deserve. It would be nice to see good feedback both when we get it right, when it's good and when we don't quite get it right (which helps our team to improve) . Come on guys, we can't be bad all the time!!
Basically what I'm trying to say, post if not a good service (which helps us to improve) but also post when we provide a good service and get it right, we are always trying to improve and we won't be happy until we get it right 100%, but just be fair guys. Thanks.

Been ordering here reasonably regularly for nearly 2 years. I usually order online for delivery, occasionally for collection.

Wait times on online orders are reasonable, around 25-40 mins. The few times I've collected its always been ready on arrival.

They can do a bad job sometimes forgetting dips or even drinks. Not sure if this is the store or drivers.

I've also on around 3 occasions(before corona) had toppings missing or a very very small amount of certain toppings. I presume its normally them running out/low. However there's no communication or apologied with regards to these issues. Hence my score of 3 stars.

On the plus side the food always tastes great.

Thought i would try domino's pizza's never again most disgusting pizza ive ever had half of it was dry and all toppings looked like someone just chucked a handful on pizza as all in centre and hardly any cheese . Alot of hard bread and tried tomato sauce wint be ordering again !

Food is always later than they tell you it will be and cold when it arrives. There are better places to order from and better value for money

Went to Risca Park for a walk and quietness. Needed to rest my mind so popped into Dominos for food. Lovely food.

12-17 min wait for food. Ordered and it’s now been 40 min and waiting for it to be ready. Not good for collection….

Pizza was nice. Staff are VERY rude.
Ordered a pizza to collect and when I got there the woman had her back turned to me on her personal phone for a few minutes. There was a man cleaning the making area and another next to him slouched on the counter also on his phone just looking over at me. The woman then proceeded to look at me and walk into the back of the shop.
After about 5 mins of not a word being spoken, the man who was on his phone finally brought me my cold pizza

this is what the pizza showed up like, cheese everywhere couldn’t even pick it up it was falling off, took one bite and it didn’t taste cooked!
