Pizza Express

We really enjoyed the pizzas and dough balls. Didn't rate the pasta was an awful taste. Apparently that has fennel seeds in it. But honestly it wasn't the nicest thing to taste. Slower service took a while to get bill other than that all good. Clean toilets, friendly staff. Children friendly.

I’ve never felt so humiliated walking into a restaurant as a mum with children!! Walked in today with my sister and my daughter. Both me and my sister had pushchairs. I left one pushchair at the back of the restaurant to then be seated somewhere having to put my child in a car seat on the floor as she isn’t big enough for high chair. Two members of staff both male then were whispering about the fact we had brought our children into the restaurant - the manager (a lady) offered to move us and was very nice. In the end we didn’t even order a thing and left. The guy was following us round the restaurant, just intimidating really. Awful. Not child friendly in here at all I’ve never been so humiliated and embarrassed. The staff were awful! Especially the man with the goatee and baggy jeans!!! Rude. Really put me off pizza express

We came last night 19/8/22 at 6pm as part of a large table celebrating birthdays. The food was delicious but I wanted to make a. Special mention to our waitress. I didn't catch her name but I'm hopeful you will be able to identify her.
I mentioned my daughter had a dairy intolerance and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and showed me how I could adjust the menu to suit and also offered tailor a pudding by putting some strawberries etc which wasn't on the menu (my daughter didn't like the other options) she was very polite and friendly and an asset to your team. I'm hoping you can identify her from our booking time as we were the only large table in the restaurant at that time and pass on our gratitude.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating in this pizza express, unlike the one in the lower level of blue water. We always enjoy, although my husband’s pizza came with a questionable egg (we just wouldn’t order it again, it had a strange film over).
Always accommodate our little girl, so overall, great service.

We stopped off at this pizza express after doing a bit of shopping in Bluewater , we ordered a garlic bread , with extra garlic butter , a margarita pizza and some halloumi bites, the food was good, but I would but the bites again, they where tasteless. We washed the food down with a bottle of peroni , this was expensive and a can of soft drink .

Try the tikka paneer pizza. One of the best I've had for a long time👌. Drizzle some 🌶 oil for an extra kick 🥵

Why serve pizza on a small plate🤔. It overhangs and difficult to cut.

Pizzas are a bit pricey too.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pizza which usually is made right. Had to send it back two times as it was inedible. First time - pizza came with the cheese just dolloped over the top of the pizza, cold and uncooked. So I asked them to cook the cheese so it melted. 2 minutes later, they brought back another pizza and the entire pizza was a soggy mess with hardly any cheese on it at all. I thought I was going to fall sick because the dough was basically raw and undercooked. Could not even pick it up because of how soggy it was. Not a pleasant experience at all and has put me off all pizza express restaurants. Not happy.

Pizza express is great as always, but the staff here were especially pleasant and the service efficient. The pizzas & sides top-notch.
