Papa Johns Pizza

Update: wish i could give this place 0 stars, my vegan pizza has REAL sausage on it and my partners bbq pizza has NO BBQ sauce on it at all, not a drip.
Furthermore the guy making the pizzas dropped a tray on the floor and placed it on the side and not in the washer basket, generally avoid this place if you can.

Pizza was over cooked and very dry, almost as if it was cooked earlier and re heated a few times and garlic bread was burn around the edges and very over cooked.
Added an extra star because they offered a new pizza however I would have to drive down their myself and wait while they made a new one.

Generally avoid, this isn't the first time this has happened here.
Speedy pizza is better.

We received our pizza delivery and the toppings were really sparse, we are talking no bbq sauce on a bbq chicken, barely any cheese, less than a single mushroom in a £1.70 topping, about 2 peices of ham in a £1.70 topping. A whole punnet of mushrooms costs less than that at the supermarket!
We also received a burnt brownie that didn't fill the tray.
We complained to the store and provided photos and were offered 50 percent off our next order - well we can get that deal anytime on the website! So we contacted customer service who said we could have free pizza next order. When we phoned to order they told us there was nothing on record for us, so we went back to customer service who said case was closed!
We are absolutely appalled! What's a free pizza to keep customers sweet when they give 50 percent discounts all day long?! Especially when already granted but didn't keep their word!
We were regular customers, we are no longer customers, we'll be using small businesses instead!

I don't even think the option for a thin pizza base is this thin. We ordered cheese stuffed pizza and normally its 2-3 times thicker but this has happened several times now. The pizza looks more depressed than me so come on. It's definitely not worth £24 and the manager was unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

Had many problems with papa John's Fareham ! No1. Appalling customers service with foul mouthed ,unhelpful rude staff ( Joshua and Sarah). No2. Missing items. No3. Burnt pizza. No4. The 3hr wait to only be given the same thing that was cooked 3hr earlier! And only when told that someone will come to the shop did our Missing item turn up but by this time unedible. The staff have no regards for the customer and need urgent training or sacking? Head office offered a large pizza which we can't claim because our food will be sabotaged as like before by Joshua and Sarah who take pleasure in doing so! I will not waste another penny with this store until the staff have been changed? They can not be trusted! They have no care for the job they do nor the people they serve. If you don't believe me , then try them yourself

I've ordered here a lot and I constantly find bits of toppings from other pizzas on my pizza (meat/cheese on a vegan pizza). On a collection I noticed the pizza cutter was very dirty and they obviously don't clean it often. If you have dietary restrictions I would avoid this place as they clearly aren't bothered about cross contamination. When I rang up to complain they were polite and offered a replacement which was appreciated, still I'd rather they cleaned their equipment more often. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Order turned up nice and hot. Unfortunately there was a pizza missing. Delivery girl Olivia got straight on to her manager and sorted it. 30 mins later Olivia turned up with the hot and fresh missing Pizza. Thank you Olivia you're a star
