Pizza Hut Delivery

Not worth the money. Ordered under ‘wing street’ cold bland wings & warm bottle of drink

The options were rubbish and so was the pizza. Tasted like plain cheese and that's about it. Expensive for the price. Extremely slow service for a takeaway place.

I ordered tonight pizza was very dry burnt wasn't hot at all was pretty much cold very disappointing will not be going back

Ordered over the phone and they sound like they’d rather be doing anything else then talking to you, she said 30 mins it was 50, driver misread my door number so was searching for a number that didn’t exist which meant my ice cream had melted, gave him cash and he said their new policy meant they don’t carry change which nobody informed me about over the phone so I got no change and paid way too much money for a piece of cardboard (cookie dough) and salmonella in a pot (ice cream). Complained to manager and couldn’t offer refund because it was cash so I was then able to remake the same order for free, yay! Thats helpfull seeing as I wont be ordering from them again

There is a girl who takes deliveries orders and she couldn’t be less helpful if she tried. 5-6 months ago, used to be really good. Now, this is a joke.

Ordered cheesy garlic bread, half half pizza and cookie dough all delivered to hotel im stopping at tonight. Excellent food, fast service - thumbs up!

No complaints with the food but potentially the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Order took 2.5 hours to arrive. Staff weren’t remotely apologetic and gave no reason for the delay. Phoned up 5 times in total and was fed a pack of lies. Oliver said that the food would be 30 minutes when it obviously wouldn’t be. Grace said the food was on its way when it hadn’t even gone into the oven at that point. Very poor customer service.

They couldn’t offer me a refund because they didn’t have the capacity to do this so they told me to contact HQ who would issue the refund. Despite 4 emails to Marcus at HQ, they are flat-out refusing to offer even a partial refund. They said that these circumstances don’t justify a refund or any additional gestures. This makes me think that Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t set its own customer satisfaction bar very high.

Admittedly, the food was good. But this kind of treatment is just unacceptable.

Thank God there’s always Domino’s.

Always preferred pizza hut to the others and wasn't disappointed tonight. We don't order that regularly and have never used the Havant branch before, but it was just perfect!!! Ordered it for 5pm and it arrived on time. Will definitely use again thank you!!
