Pizza Hut Delivery

After 10 minutes trying to get through on phone, Dave picked up the phone and was very rude and unhelpful, to the point I came in to order and he maintained this rudeness and unhelpful behaviour. I left the shop mid purchase due to his attitude so pizza hut have lost a large family sale due to your employee. I understand he's probably unhappy to be working there on a Sunday but if you can't serve customers as is your job, then get a new job.

Normally it's really good however the chicken strips breadcrumb was under cooked the garlic bread under cooked we ordered Fanta and revieved Pepsi this happened last time aswell I dont like Pepsi so thats a waste
Once a mistake twice a pattern
And the cookie doesn't look nice at all

ordered from them, pizza was late and we got the wrong order. absolutely horrible 30 pound scam

I had to write this review as I think there important for other customers and the staff.
I ordered a half and half pizza and when it arrived it wasn’t half an half (that wasn’t a big problem) I just thought I’d give the store a call just to let them know plus a few dips were missed off…..
Well I spoke to 3 different employees and every single one of them were polite, had brilliant telephone manners, and went out of their way to help rectify the situation

Ordered through pizza hut at 7.45.pm order arrived at 1040pm stone cold and no apology. This was after I had been calling the store numerous times and phone just ringing off. I finally got through after store had shut and was told they where busy and short of drivers. When mentioned I hadn't even had a call to let me know all I gir was we are busy. Had to reheat before eating it which defeated the object if ordering g a takeaway.

waiting over 2 hours for pizza delivery, Got told it was delivered but I have not yet received it’s just turned quarter past 5 and I’m only now receiving my order- absolute joke!

After two hours waiting time I did received my pizza in this stage and ring the customer service line and said can not help me with nothing on this situation.Very unprofessional staff and service never will order again 😑

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT.
Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was possible.

I ordered at 6:30pm and it said my order would arrive at 7:20pm-7:30pm. At 7:30pm it said “it was still in the oven” on the tracker. I called them non stop from 7:30pm till 8:10pm and drove to the branch where the phone kept ringing and no one was answering it.

When I was at the branch I said to the young girl “I want a refund because my order hasn’t come and I’ve drove down here” and then provided my address for the order and the worker replied “it’s on its way” which I then replied “I don’t care, just want my money back”. The worker then walked off and the manager aggressively marched towards me pointing at me shouting “don’t speak to my staff like that”? They need to check their CCTV and then they can see their staff is just overly sensitivity.

Unprofessional and rude. The ‘manager’ said that they are very busy today but there was 4 people having a cigarette all at the same time outside the front of the shop?

Shocking company.
