Pizza Hut Delivery

I had a great customer service experience from CHRISTINA in the Pizza Hut Wandsworth branch. Christina was very polite, professional and helpful, she was extremely patient and friendly. I’m not from the area and came to the area for a birthday excursion to Gravity where the kids wanted pizzas after. Christina spent her time on the phone trying to help me navigate the different dietary needs & requests of the children, creating the best suitable meal package/deal whilst I had poor network and noisy background. Christina did not make me feel like I was any bother when in fact most would of been fed up (including myself) but instead supported me and saw me through to execute my order perfectly. To top it off the pizzas tasted great. It was a perfect transaction and I’m so grateful to Christina as she was friendly and courteous when I went to pick up my order. A big thank to Christina and she is a credit to her branch as it was not a simple transaction but she dealt with it/us in her stride.

I came with my child after school for a takeaway as i received a deal via email, the polish female manager shouted at me and told me too order online. No customer service even the other female worker behind the till was shocked and scarred at the way the manager was shouting and quickly made her exit threw to the back. Just hoggish behaviour and no training, pizza hut has gone to the dogs along with the staff's manners!!

Service was excellent and the pizza was ready in time. Also the staff were super friendly and communicative.
You all keep up the great work, it is nice to see people with great customer service like you! 😊

Poor. Rang 9 times and no answer. 2 hours wait and still no pizza. Whoever employs the staff needs to get heir act together. No surprise why no one wants to work in hospitality.

Punctual and polite, Mohammed the driver was friendly despite having to drive around London at almost midnight! I have never been disappointed with the food always great service at a great price. Well earned 5 stars.

We love Pizza Hut and only recently we realised this is the one that was delivering for us. I'm not sure why the reviews here are so dismal, but for us we have been ordering from this branch unknowingly for over 2 years now and their pizzas have been fantastic. The options are varied and tasty, the deliveries have always been consistent and we haven't had to call them up to resolve problems so far over the course of 2 years. So I'd say we're very happy with the service of the branch.

EDIT: We order from the website directly, we don't use justeat or ubereats, and I did remember one time we had a bad experience. The Pizza guy held the pizza side ways and so the toppings slid all to one side. We called up, complained and they sent the same pizza out again the same night for free! So their customer service is reasonable.

I think I can call myself a regular Customer and I’ve never been disappointed. Great food, always delivered hot and tasty. My favourite Pizza Hit in London!

I am a regular customer, I always order pizzas for my kids from this store. I always come from Epsom to collect because the food is absolutely delicious and proper cooked. I love the way how you cook the deep pan pizzas and I can not find the same in other branch. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
