Vicolo

We wanted to brunch at Palaette but the waiting time was important. We stumbled across Vicolo, and the menu was appealing. The waitress was so nice to us, the food was so so delicious and well presented. The service fees were not mandatory, but the service was so well done and we really enjoyed the food, that’s why we left tips. We recommend this place and still wonder why the line for it was not longer.

She had a delicious eggs bennidict 'best she has had'.

I had an lovely American stack. They had lovely maple syrup, very smooth and the right proportion of bacon. The eggs on top were fab!

My advice: there are nicer coffee places with much better service, choose something else. I have been here many times, and whilst they make ok coffee, I refuse to go back based on the fact that a dark haired man who works here (I think, a manager or owner actually) is always so rude. I have been here over 10 times and have the same experience with him every time. Your tact and customer service skills are poor and frankly are scaring off customers.

Lovely place, very relaxing. I had breakfast and take away pizza, all delicious. And staff are lovely, I don't know why people left negative comments about the staff! Don't bother with those! :)

My complaint with Vicolo is that the service is unbelievably poor for a place that serves such mediocre coffee.
1. Why do you have matcha on the menu when you cant make it properly?
2. Why is there such an adversarial approach to dealing with feedback or complaints?
3. Dont take money for drinks you allegedly ‘dont usually make’

Whoever that man was who served me needs to rethink his customer service approach because word around town is that HE is the problem.

I would give 5 stars but here's why...

The only reason this place is amazing is because of the chef they got. It's a muslim lady who wears the hijab, she's such an amazing cook.

The rest of the staff decor etch just take her credit hence why its not a 5 star. If they didn't have this muslim chef this place wouldn't exist. 5 stars to her!!

Really tasty unique pizza options that you don't get elsewhere. Super friendly staff, you can tell it is made with passion. We enjoyed our pizza.

Food is nice but you have to collect the food and coffee from the front. Isnt a nice experience
