Pizza Hut Delivery

This is the worst Pizza you can possibly have! It's odd since the quality of Pizza hut menu is very good at their restaurants but the delivery service, especially this one, is unbelievably poor. Forget about the wrong or missing things when you finally get your Pizza! it's cold, not cooked and simply disgusting! If it was a one time thing fair enough could happen to anyone, but every time there's something wrong! and going there in person to order you can see why! People who have no care whatsoever for what they are doing and it's a miracle they manage to deliver any order at all! Avoid this branch at any cost!

Pizza took over 2 hours to come and they offered me a free pizza next time.

I called a few weeks later to claim my free pizza and they said that delivery would be well over an hour as they only have 1 driver today. Asked if I wanted to call back tomorrrow and also said if I had called yesterday I would have had 4 drivers available to deliver to me.

Do not order from this place. We arrived after ordering a pizza for collection, they said they didn't have a pizza for us. No offer to help or anything, we had to walk home to confirm that we DID in fact order. After going back to the pizza hut it turns out that our pizza was there to begin with, they just didn't get our name properly. Staggering incompetence and no customer service, the guy at the counter didn't even pretend to care about us let alone help us. After all of that, the pizza itself was pretty bad. Overly greasy, little flavour, it was supposed to be BBQ but there was barely any BBQ flavour to it. Luke-warm too.

Pizza arrived after 50 mins which was ok despite being told 25-35 mins. Sadly it was inedible. It was a thin crust as ordered but cold, soggy and greasy. It wasn’t even slightly warm. I called them and they offered a replacement. I declined as I couldn’t risk the same arriving again and quite frankly I had lost my appetite. In the end called customer services who are looking into a refund. Nasty experience.

The pizza was delicious though my order had missing items. After contacting the store they swiftly corrected it which was great!

The one thing that ended the night in disappointment is that after eating my milk chocolate cookie dough my parter was about to eat hers only to find out it was white chocolate instead of milk which she hates and wasn't what we ordered.

I didn’t have the energy to call the store for a second time to complain about the cookie dough. Though it went to waste. Please pay more attention to orders...

This hut is absolutely disgraceful and after a year of reporting their bad behaviour nothing has been done about it! They have never got my order right which means constant changing and Pizza Hut customer service is the most ridiculous I've ever had to deal with! I haven't received my order and the hut get to choose whether to issue my refund or not. The staff were rude and hung up on me after expecting me to wait 2.5 hours for my order because they didn't have this driver. I've never received any compensation despite numerous wrong orders and I think their attitude is appalling. Definitely don't use them!

I've never had such a bad experience ordering food. Made an order that never arrived. When I called the restaurant, the person on the phone said that there were no drivers available, and if I wanted the food I should go pick it up myself. I am self isolating so of course I can't go even if I wanted to. When I asked why had no one called me to inform, the person hung up the phone. I called again and again and that same person hung up the phone 3 times on me. Still waiting for refund. Rudest staff ever.

The WORST Experience i have ever had with food delivery around 8:15 pm on 02/08 . Placed an order on line , funds deducted from my credit card , called up the Surbiton Pizza hut restaurant after 30 minutes as i had not received the confirmation email , the lady who picked up the call confirmed that they have received the order and it is under preparation and will be delivered ASAP.
We didn't receive the order till 10:00 pm , so called up the Surbiton Pizza hut restaurant again ..no body picked up the call for next 10 minutes....after trying multiple times ... a lady by name Gabriella picked up the call and she was very rude /very unprofessional ...She is arguing that she doesnt have my order ...She kept hunging up on me and told her name and I can go and complain to any one....one time she received the call and kept the phone aside and started making loud noise by banging the wall with the pan....I was in a state of shock / surpirse that Pizzaa hut as a brand has this kind of customer service....and finally we didn't have our dinner .....When i read the other reviews of the place....i am not the only one who has expirenced this kind of rude behaviour....High time pizza hut have to hire right people and provide adequate training on customer service...I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM PIZAA HUT again....GOOD BYE.....i wish google reviews allowed me to give zero stars
