Pizza Hut Delivery

I think this is the last time we order at this pizza hut branch. In normal circumstances, pizza hut pizza is unbeatable but this branch have got to have incorrect instructions on how to make a pizza. Today we have a pizza where I think this branch must have ordered too much sauce from the supplier because they have literally flooded the pizzas with it. Not just one of them but both pizzas ruined. I have attached two photos of the pizzas and you can see the sauce flood even with an attempt to cover it with cheese. This is not a blip, this branch has poor form generally.

Reception has refuse to take deal order run by Central system, previously other branch accepted deal order at reception desk, but this branch look like need more training to work with customer. Also desk offering us 10 pound pizza instead of 8.99...which is donot understand. Anyway very gray experience.

if i could give 0 stars i would. awful customer service over the phone and online guest service chat rooms. after an awful experience i was given a £10 voucher which after trying to order twice online and didn’t go through then proceeded to order over the phone where they would not take the voucher and was asking for double the price compared to online before the £10 off. employees clearly lack in customer service for many reasons such as being rude over the phone, ignoring customers over the phone and having other conversations whilst trying to order

Absolutely disgusted by this service - I ordered a pizza, a delivery man turned up without our pizza. I called and a man called Razi answered and kept telling me I’m wrong and spoke over me multiple times. I’m shocked at this customer service.. he then began screaming the customer service website at me. Do NOT order from this place!

Would give 0 if possible, pizza showed as delivered on time on tracker but arrived 1 hour late. The store intentionally disconnects their phone so no one can ring through and complain. I understand they're busy but the lack of communication is awful.

Deserves zero stars.. Wish I had read reviews beforehand. Pizza arrived late therefore, arrived cold.. Asked to speak to manager but not available so asked for call back...you guessed it. No call. Sent message to customer service waiting for a reply... Never getting pizzas from this outfit..

Switched phones off and and still waiting for pizza after almost 2hrs what ever is going on at the Barkingside branch needs a chaing of management or something as this is not acceptable if your ordering from them you may whant to rethink where you spend your money.
Update....... it never came nothing from the Barkingside branch the only one that helped was pizza huts main customer service office so hats of to them but beware of this branch as it is not fit for purpose. But don't be put off visiting a pizza hut restaurant as there always good

I waited 3hrs for an order. They wouldn't answer their phones, can't do anything through the app and food was cold when I received it. No apologies no phone contact just embarrassing
