Pizza Hut Delivery

Awful experience. AVOID THIS BRANCH.
Was informed it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait on a weekday. Gave them the benefit of the doubt then called after the hour and a half. I was greeted with a pathetic ' we've run out of ingredients so...' with no attempt to contact us before hand. Money has been taken and will now be ' returned in 4 working days '.

Don’t take cash. Don’t take phone orders. Useless. Didn’t even get as far as to find out about food quality and taste. Bit of a joke really.

What you get is pretty good. I like the Beyond Meat pizza. Unfortunately, this branch in particular often forgets to include items, or does not inform you they are out of stock, and offer no refund for the additional items you've ordered. Delivery is typically on time. Just do not add peri-peri stuffed crust. It is never in stock. I seem to have made this mistake multiple times.

Many time I have received missing order I am a vegetarian twice they delivered meat

Went in to place an order, they don't take cash or card and the only way you can order is on your phone! My battery was dead so couldn't download their app and order the pizza.... at their counter! Who thought this was a good idea for business?! Won't be back.

Has to be The Worst Pizza Hut EVER. We didnt even get our food and it was New Years Eve!
Avoid like the plague.

Ordered pizza and they delivered the wrong one in a damaged box and no one answers the phone in the Hut to complain so stuck with a pizza I didn’t order!

Ordered pizzas 4 hours ago. Have collectively tried calling over 50 times. They've answered twice, the last time over an hour ago, and both times was told the pizzas would be with us soon. Store is supposedly closing now for the night, and yet we still don't have our pizzas. But hey, they got their money, right???
