The tater tots were disappointing.
Garlic Bread sticks were nice.
Mexican pizza was disappointing as barely had any meat on it.
Garden Party pizza was average.
It took 1 hour 13 mins to receive the order which was very disappointing. Using the order tracker, the pizza was being 'quality checked and cut' for over 30 mins.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I never expected a pizza delivery to take more than 40 mins (it's never taken longer than that in my experience). This is the first time we have ordered from Papa John's and I can definitely say it will be the last.
I always buy their pizza weekly
They know my order and get it done before i come and collect it.
Don't trust the 1 star reviews i go there weekly or even twice a week the guys are working there are very friendly and polite, I assume whoever is talking wass about their attitude perhaps is the one that need to humble themselves..
the guy with moustache is the sweetest guy in this branch and he's always smiling.
The pizza is Papa John's quality , I am italian and when i go for Papa John's i don't expect Sorbillo's quality otherwise i would be deluded.

I'm walking home after a long shift at work and going to order tonight hmmm what to have what to have....
Every time I called for them to put my money back on my card they make up some excuse to the manager is not there!
They are clearly running a scam and telling people that the card is invalid and then taking their money and not delivering the pizza.
The girl who answers the phone attempted to force me to take another pizza instead of giving me my money back. And that’s after 17 minutes on the phone trying to place a simple order.
It’s bad enough that I could barely understand a word she was saying; but her attitude was very unprofessional. And they attempt to make you feel as though whatever has taken place is your fault!
However if you do manage to get the manager on the phone he is relatively pleasant and seems to want to deal with things accordingly. But again as I said; it shouldn’t take nearly 20 minutes to place one order. And had a continued giving her my card details as she suggested they probably would’ve taken 100 pounds out of my account….
They insist on not taking cash so that they can get your card details. Once the transaction goes wrong you’re out of money and you have no pizza!
Stay clear from this business!!!
