Pizza Hut Delivery

Called to order a pizza and after being asked to “call back in 5 minutes” 4 times ( I really should’ve got the hint at that point) I called again to make my order. I ordered and was told it’d arrive in 30 mins. One hour later I called speaking again to the same woman named FATMA. First she acted oblivious to the order when I reminded her of her name and the fact she was the exact person who took my order she said she “thinks she took the order” and “thinks she might have put the wrong address down” and to call back in 10 mins to reorder?! All 7 times I called and she handled the phone she sounded incredibly dysfunctional and not very bright. If I hadn’t called I would’ve sat waiting for an order she didn’t bother to put through.

Do not waste your money, i can’t believe that I have to wait 3h to get 2 medium pizzas and uncooked chicken fingers( they were pale and soft instead of brown and crispy and it didn’t come with the bbq sauce as I requested)
I called more than 15 times wondering were it was my food, I ordered at 8:35pm.
they weren’t picking up the phone and sometimes they were picking up but hunging up straight after. I wanted to speak to someone to cancel my order and get my money back, at the end they picked up the phone and the excuse from the lady at the phone was… “yeah yeah yeah, it’s on the way, the driver got lost…” I mean.. wt*! What a excuse! They are completely shameless.
I’ve got the pizzas at 11.15
AGAIN… do not waste you money and you time! It much better options out there!

This place will give you some serious food poisoning!!
Please avoid ordering from here, you will definitely have a very unpleasant day and a sick stomach........

I ordered a pizza today. At 6:17 the courier arrived at 8:50, the pizza was cold and had to be paid for. my garden calls the pizzeria. the manager who answered the phone spoke to me in a very nasty low-class manner. I hope I never have to talk to this person again

They are so slow for making pizza and very bad delivery. We waited 1 hour!!! Never order again!!!!!

Ordered from Pizza Hut harringey branch on deliveroo and found not, but TWO hairs in the garlic bread. This is not the first time this has happened. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. And Deliveroo refused a refund. not even offering a refund

Delivery said delivered and we did not receive a thing. Tried to call the hut and there's an automated message saying 'we can't take calls' which automatically hangs up. Now I'm £35 out of pocket with no way of getting a refund before customers services gets back to me in '3 working days' ???

Place looks refurbished and nice. Lady behind the counter was friendly and most importantly food was fresh can't complain.
