Mammas Pizza - Thornton Heath

The best pizza shop in town and tasty pizza 🍕 thanks for the excellent food and service. Will definitely order specially through the phone not just eat where I get a lot discount.

Ordered a veg pizza due ti dietary requirements, a fully loaded meat pizza got delivered to me. I called the shop and the person was dismissive and blamed the delivery driver for delivery thr wrong pizza, refused a refund and stated if I wanted a new veg one I'd have to order again and pay again. £18 wasted.

The order took over an hour to arrive, the delivery driver was ages even though it’s a 10 minute drive. I had 4 missing items (x2 chips, coke, KA Pineapple)

Customer service was terrible, they couldn’t even find my order. Now, I’m waiting for the rest of my order which will probably take another hour. Do not recommend!

Absolutely disgusting food. Cheap ingredients and poorly made. The oil from the wedges stunk like it was stale and reused. Basically no tomato sauce on the base of the pizza. And when it arrived, the pizza was cold, but the wedges were hot. Obviously no care was taken with my order. The pizza must have been sitting there for ages before the wedges were dumped into stale oil to fry. Will never order from them again.
By reading other reviews, they have no customer service and don’t care or stand accountable when they are in the wrong.
Clearly greedy, once they have your money, they will not under any circumstances give it back.
Update: Following the reply from the owner: please do go ahead and report me. Some of the good reviews are questionable as to whether they are real. My name on Google does not need to be the same as my order though!?!?

It is without a doubt one of the best pizza places in Croydon. The pizza dough and the ingredients are perfect and couldn't be any better. Excellent pizza and customer service. This is where I always place my orders, and I have nothing but praise for it & I highly recommend this place. Thanks mama's pizza Thornton heath for your service.

We were a regular customers the whole family and pizza was really yummy no doubt , but today my pizza was really bad and I called to file a complaint but they Guy maybe was upset or fedup by working hard at shop He just started arguing instead of listening to me . His behaviour was rude .

I ordered on the mammaspizzacr7. The website took my money and but did not confirm the order. I called to check it had gone through and the person said it had and it was on its way and arrive in 10 minutes.

After 30 minutes I called to check where it was and they said they never received my order and I have to call a different company who only have phone lines open 9-5. So now not only have a waited almost an hour with no food, I have to spend my time tomorrow trying to get a refund.

I understood websites go wrong but the person on the phone did not apologise for the mistakenly telling me my order is on the way and for wasting my time. There was no sympathy or compensation for my terrible experience.

Best chef in SW London! Excellent pizza and lasagne. Quick and efficient service!
