Pizza Hut Restaurants

Used to love Pizza Hut. Stopped going when they went cashless. Customers SHOULD have the option. Can't be doing with all this order by app either - the staff milling around used to be a big part of the feel-good atmosphere. It's no fun anymore.

The pizza 🍕 before long time ago it was delicious but now our pizza was super cold, bread not quite what I imagine like prezzo pizza was perfect the side crush was burn out its okay the cider I order

Very disappointed! I used to go there and they used to accommodate my allergy needs. I'm allergic to tomatoes and they used to make me pizza with white sauce. Today they said no! honestly I don't understand why! they already have white sauce. It was the only place I can go and eat pizza. NOT ANYMORE

I went for unlimited Pizza Buffet.

Food- Served warm
Vegetarian options- 1 pizza and 2 pasta
Salads- It was like make your own salad. Different veggies, sauces, oils, seasonings, tacos, toppings were there. I went thinking there would be variety of salads but quite disappointed by seeing a Make your salad types round table.
Taste- 1 veg Pizza and a white sauce pasta was superb. Red sauce pasta was below average and garlic bread was plain and Ok types.
Order- The waitress allocated me a high table in the restaurant without asking whete I would like to in the vacant restaurant(weekday noon time). A code was there on each table. It had to be scanned and payment had to be made via it. After that you need to go and bring your food.
Price- £ 9.99 / person

Might be not so worth for a vegetarian person like me who went there for variety of salad, pizzas and pastas.

There was a queue out into the cold whilst dozens of tables sat uncleared. Our reserved table wasn't ready for 20 minutes and the staff were clearly in total disarray. The restaurant looked like whomever ransacked the place had a food fight on their way out.

You order via the app which essentially means no member of staff "owns" your dining experience. As a result, staff couldn't give a stuff if you have your food or not. You've paid anyway after all and they leave you in no doubt that they don't consider your complaint to be their problem.

We had to ask 3 or 4 times for everything, the pizzas finally came 45 minutes after we ordered them. Dessert was a similarly shambolic affair. It took us two and a half hours to have 3 pizzas, some drinks and an ice cream in an empty restaurant.

The food itself was really poor, but by the time it came we were already resigned to the fact it was likely to be prepared in the same slapdash manner as the waiting.

We won't be back. There's great alternatives

Empty tables, even though the manager was adamant no one could be seated before 5pm.
Kids ice cream factory bowl not arriving with drinks. Even though dessert ordered to arrive with main, it didn't. Also white chocolate and caramel cookie with ice cream arrived without ice cream and caramel. This place has really gone down hill 👎

Very good, it was bank holiday so getting a table meant waiting but overall the tables and crowding was managed very effectively.

Pizza buffet was very good and always topped up.

We had the lunch time buffet here but found the options rather limited. There was a good selection however the pizzas would go very quickly then you would have to wait quite a bit for them to be replenished. If we were to go again I would choose of the menu and not bother with the buffet.
