Pizza Hut Restaurants

Went to this pizza Hut are it open on Saturday morning. Was first person in the place. The staff where nice however the place wasn't the cleanest and the toilets had not been cleaned. There was urine and stool on the floor and seat. I did not enjoy the experience.

I had a day in Cardiff with my mate and went to Pizza Hut as we love Pizza Hut. The time we went it was only us two in there. We had the buffet and the Margherita was so so good and the pasta. John D is so nice. The whole time we were in there we were talking and he said witch pizza was witch. The food and John was amazing. After when we went to pay we said what happened to the Swansea Mofra Pizza Hut witch is sad because that one was very popular. He said are we from Swansea and we had a very nice conversation. I asked him to write down the pizzas and John’s name on the recipe so I could do this review. I’ll keep coming to this Pizza Hut when I’m in Cardiff and I 100% recommend

Took my daughter for her birthday!. After not having one around for sometime. And it was just like I remembered!. We had the lunch buffet and they were very good at keeping the station filled when a pizza was empty it would be quickly refilled. The manager was great we were charged adult price for my daughter who is only 11 but was quickly dealt with and refunded and couldn't apologise enough. Service was great. Altho most of it is done by their app.

The toilets were grim. Didn't take my phone so I can't share what I saw. The pizza was chewy. The staff was nice and efficient but could have explained more the deals. The salad bar was tiny and the beetroots had not been prepped correctly. The decor was very tired. It was very noisy.

This is an interesting place to see and eat pizza in the UK. It's a buffet pizza. If you're new in the area and from America or Canada; know that buffet pizza hut exists. Food is ok for the most part. It's cheap and easy; for 10£ you can eat pizza till your heart's content.

It was late and very quiet so I can't really comment on atmosphere, but what I can say is that the service was fantastic! The guy serving us was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a lovely manner. And because Pizzahut do gluten free and dairy free I could have a pizza! It tasted like actual pizza!
It was a great end to our lovely evening.

Well the best service we have received in a very long time, our son is 10 today and autistic, Pizza Hut is his favourite restaurant. Would like to say a massive thank you to I think the manager Mark for all his help and for giving us amazing service, this is one to definitely keep on board. He was amazing with our son even gave him a card for his birthday. Food was fab too and all the other safe were fab too, Will defo be back. Thanks from us all and especially Rio x

Dropped in today for a spontaneous Christmas outing and was pleasantly surprised at the positive and professional service level.

We were welcomed by Matthew who was polite, articulate and very attentive at all times. We were served with courtesy. attention and an upbeat, attitude. All the team seemed positive about their employer, which seems a rare quality.

A surprisingly, good experience considering our expectation was not that high.

Well done also to Liam, who was equally as pleasant and polite.

Sadly, the ladies toilets left a little to be desired, and are desperately in need of some love care and maintenance.

A pleasant afternoon out for a modest fee.
