Pizza Hut Restaurants

Classic Pizza Hut 🍕 experience. "Fastest Service Ever" according to my 7 year old son. Overall what you would expect. Visited during weekday and didnt need to book, not sure about Friday and Saturday's.

Went as a family of 4 and ordered some of their meals that included deserts.

Food was okay, usual Pizza Hut style (no better, no worse).

Service was a bit rubbish. The girl serving obviously had some family or friends in the restaurant as she spent most of the night with them.

Lots of messy tables not being cleared (picture uploaded). We asked for our desserts and they took about half an hour to arrive, the kids desert never did arrive!!

We won't be going to Pizza Hut again any time soon. Not a great experience.

We were greeted by the staff nicely but the hygiene was terrible here. Got given a glass with red lipstick on the glass and it definitely wasn’t any of ours as we weren’t wearing any! A long wait between finishing our main meal and getting desserts. The glass was a terrible put off, didn’t want to cause a scene as it was so busy so we left without saying anything but did leave some feedback after but no response.

Upon arrival we were seen but ignored by staff for a few minutes who were having conversations with their colleagues before they finally approached us. We immediately noticed the poor hygiene as evidenced in the pictures (although you can't see it well) most of the chairs were dirty and our table had not been cleaned properly. Out of all the pizza hut restaurants I have been to I have to say this one was the worst due to the hygiene and small menu choice. Avoid if you can!

Use it because I'm local, i find their pizza to be pretty underwhelming, paid extra to have onion added to my pizza, and i needed the detection powers of Sherlock Holmes to find any evidence it had been added! Pretty stingy and like i say, underwhelming in general

Kids food was awful had to send it back, which I've never done anywhere before. staff rude , will never go back. The young male waiter was responsive and helpful. The manageress and other female waitress were ignorant. When we were leaving and paying the waitress was very rude. Basically threw the bill at us, no please or thank you. Won't ever return.

Went with all my grandchildren after the panto. What a shambles of a place. Pitza undercooked!!! Puddles of water all over the window sills right by where we sat.
The toilets !!!!! Filthy.
Staff where all very friendly.

Sadly we where short on time as it looked as if it was going to take longer than expected to get served. So we had to leave before ordering.
