Placed an order at 10:15pm, and it didn't arrive until 1am... I wish I was joking! I called to chase the order at 11.35pm, and was told it would come in twenty minutes. When I called again twenty minutes later, I was told that they were doing me a favour in taking the order, despite the fact that the website says they take delivery orders until 11.25pm. Eventually gave up and went to bed. When it finally came, grease was leaking through the bag, and the burger and kebab had no salad or sauce. So if you want food promptly, and as described, I suggest you don't order from here.

£10 for a pizza, garlic bread, chips and a can. Great deal and delicious food. Staff are really friendly and I enjoy chatting with them while I wait for my food. Only waiting for about 10 minutes even though they were flooded with orders. 10/10 highly recommend.

£3 for coleslaw......the worlds smallest tube. Terribke value for money

Food arrived cold, and over an hour late. Not impressed. Certainly won't be ordering from here ever again.

Just bad, no options on the just eat app for what toppings etc so i got a naan bread with super gristly chewy chicken and some sauce. Needs options for sauces and to add salad.

Tried as on my way home. Ordered popcorn chicken and chips. Paid £5 - only take cash but then see price on the menu on the counter is £4.70. was told this because is a 2017 menu but then why keep it on the counter?

Generally pretty grubby inside and could do with a good clean, fridge dirty, walls dripping in grease.

Not impressed with popcorn chicken - might have been chicken once upon a time but is now more like jelly. Would have been better going McDonalds for a higher quality.

Will not use again. Very disappointed as window claims best in Kendal.

Edit: Just found this has a 1 food safety rating in 2020 with major improvements required. Probably would have failed today...

Requested priority delivery and it took over 1hr 30 minutes to arrive, incorrect, stone cold and stale. Will not be ordering from here again

We ordered the 2 kebab feasts £15:00 each,
It wasn’t served with the “fried peppers, mushrooms, onions” Also didn’t include the two tubs off sauce. 🤦🏽‍♂️
Delivery fee off £6 or a 20 minute round trip for it to be Rectified I Will not be ordering again!
